I started buying these as a last ditch effort to reverse/stop some localized gingivitis I was experiencing back in February, and I have been hooked ever since. These definitely managed to reverse most of my gum issues and have kept them from getting worse, as well. They go down easily and have no lingering aftertaste or side effects that I’ve noticed. I will never let myself run out of these again!

I am unaware if any of the statements or claims from this company are true regarding this Vitamin mix and teeth and gum health. Vitamin D is essential in absorbing calcium - so strong teeth. B12 from what I understand is essential for nerve health, blood cell health and in making DNA. I also think it can stop canker sores from starting or something like that - so gum health. CoQ10 provides energy for the cells. CoQ10 is like the holy grail of vitamins and minerals. CoQ10 can control inflammation - so protection for periodontal disease.Honestly all of these are essential for your body's needs, so if you use it for your teeth or for your overall health, I don't think you can lose. You need to take 2 capsules once a day. These are small-ish in size and go down easy.

Have only been taking these for a week so too early to know if working. Love the color of the pills.

Nature's Bounty Happy Smile CoQ-10 supplement with B-12 and Vitamin D is great for dental health and support. My dental situation has always needed extra support of vitamins, oil pulling and other supplements like C0-Q10. These have a kind of minty taste to them. No artificial ingredients or flavors, they do the job.One jar is enough for a 45-day supply; however, I was not really very impressed with the size of the container in relation to the contents. It seems an unnecessarily large container for 90 softgels to me. There is a desiccant capsule inside to keep out unwanted moisture so I am wondering if the extra space is to ensure that the softgels don't stick together. At any rate, the container does give the first impression that you're getting less than what you're paying for.
