I don't understand what the button on the right side does. I lean backwards, press it and nothing happens. Anyone?

It causes the chair-back to recline. This approach worked for me to enable it. 1) Sit in chair 2) Ensure seat adjustment lever is in so chair tilt function is disabled 3) Push and hold black button 4) Push back at the top of the chair-back i.e. with your upper-back; not at the bottom of the chair-back with your lower-back. This resulted in it reclining with very little pressure 5) Ensure right position for you 6) Release button.

Exectuve Recline Extra Padded Office Chair Could you let me know the highest the seat will go from floor to the seat, and are the arms adjustable.

height max is 22" (56cm) and the arms are fixed none adjustable.

What is the height of the arms from floor to top of arms using the lowest seat height setting? I need to make sure it goes under my desk.

26 inches 66 cm to the top of the arm, seat fully lowered. If you find the recline doesn't work, as mine didn't, and the back is too far back, what I did was unbolt the bracket from under the seat (the screws are VERY tight), then rotated the bracket front to back, and re-fitted it by the front screwhole to the back socket, effectively moving the mounting point back about 1.5 inches. When you look at it, you'll see what I mean. It's still a bit far back, but other than makikng a steel plate and extending the bracket even further back, there's not much else you can do, unless you can make a longer bar to replace the gas ram that doesn't work anyway.
