Very effective
I purchased this alongside the Toto portable bidet. After testing both on a recent out-of-state trip, the CuloClean was my go-to choice. While I liked the ease-of-use, built-in reservoir, and extending wand of the Toto, it just wasn't nearly as effective as a real bidet. It works, but just doesn't really get you clean without some extra help and a second round of spraying. The CuloClean, on the other hand, was nearly as effective as a real bidet. While it was a bit of a wide, shotgun approach -- usually requiring some drying of the toilet seat after using -- it did result in "clean" paper after, which is all one can ask. You also have a lot of control over the strength of the spray by how hard you squeeze the bottle. Don't worry about it leaking water when you flip it over, though -- a teaspoon or less usually spills out, but then physics takes over and the water will sit there until you apply pressure to the bottle. In addition to being effective, the CuloClean is small and easy to carry. You do have to provide your own bottle as a reservoir, but it's still a great choice for the airport or hotel. I plan to keep one at my desk at work or in my "go bag". I think I might finally be able to stop buying and using pocket "flushable" wipes!

Far better than toilet paper.
Takes a bit of a learning curve. Got wet. But I just can't leave home without it. As the saying goes. Far cleaner than toilet paper.

Perfect backpacking bidet
This little bidet is the size of a water bottle cap and works great for backpacking. It barely takes up any space and works well at doing its job of cleaning bums. The only con I have with it is that it doesn't have a way to stop the flow of water when not in use. Having a twist to open/close feature would be nice so that you can keep it affixed to a bottle of water for when nature calls. As long as you make camp near water though, it will work great simply being stored away in a small pocket in your bag

nice add to my pack!
Backpacking luxury! PROS: - perfect fit on my water bottles (Smart Water is my brand of choice for backpacking) - nice fit in my backpack belt pocket next to my trowel - gets me clean. easy to use - squeeze a little and the mess comes off! CONS: - did take a while to figure it out in terms of how hard to squeeze. Too hard & you get too wet which isn't fun.

This works very well and is quite small. Very handy to keep in my purse and use as needed. Great invention 👍

So Clean!
Saw that backpackers are starting to use these because toilet paper must be packed out of some national parks. Not much fun carrying used tp in your pack. Also, you don't have the bulk. I've had and used it for one week now and it's wonderful. Admittedly, there's a learning curve and it can be used in different ways. You just need to figure out what works best for you. The best thing about using this portable bidet is how clean you feel after. It's like you just took a shower, which you sort of just did. You save money, you save trees. There are a few downsides. When backpacking, you will use up precious water. If there's plenty of water around, (to filter or treat) it's not an issue, but in dry areas, might want to stay with tp. One improvement would be to make visible marks around the water exit area. This would make it much easier to see and aim. I painted mine with white paint either side of the jet area. The portability is a big plus. Use at home, use at camp, use at a hotel, pretty much anywhere. Simple, portable, economical, earth-friendly, take the plunge!

It was a little disappointing...
I was overly enthusiastic about this product seeing how portable and convenient it is. With this you can just carry a cheap plastic bottle around and use that as your own personal bidet. It seems great... in theory. 1.) The water pressure is not nearly strong enough to do anything, even if you squeeze with full force, the water pressure is only ever strong enough for a light stream. It can come in handy when it's your only option, but I wouldn't rely on it too much. 2.) It doesn't have a satisfying 'click' when plugging onto a bottle. This seems like a stupid thing to point out, but I feel like it's important to point out. You never know if you plugged it into your bottle hard enough, you're left there concerned if it's going to fall off into the toilet or something. It never fell off in my experience, but it seems like that is not an impossible thing.

Absolutely Great Product!
I always made fun of a bidet being naive as an American. Then I got a bidet at home and love it. I would never have it any other way now. This product is a great way to have a bidet on the go. I just probably wouldn’t use it in a public bathroom with someone in a stall next to you as they will probably wonder what the heck is going on as it makes noise with the bottle and all, but also, who cares. So much better than toilet paper alone! I have carried it with an empty water bottle to a bathroom, filled it up with lukewarm water warm water, and used with great success.
