This product is excellent to work out at home. It is simple and easy to use, the handles although they wobble or are not as tight as they should be, have a comfortable grip. Overall, I like it very much and I would recommend it.

The ab roller it self is nice quality and good size. The spring loaded mechanism inside helps and works smoothly. The pushup handles make me feel a little nervous that they might roll over. It hasn't happened but, i guess im just used to doing with out them.

We purchased second set of this equipment after we has used first one for couple days. The wheel is well made but you will need to get use to it because it sometimes can be very hard to control it. The pads definitely help us to use the roller. It provides cushion to my knees while I am doing exercise.

it works, the only thing is, you have to keep on mind that now is your turn, how you are going to use it, but it is an amazing price for 3 items, but like I said, for beginners is extremely useful, it prepares you for future workouts
