This doesn't fasten as well as I would have hoped. I'm not sweating whilst wearing it.

Absolutely great belt. It's perfect for working out or just to keel it and sweat in it. Of course you need to make some movement to sweat but it's 2 weeks and already trimmed down my abs and love handles. It's so confortable to wear also and if great quality. Highly recommend it. The Velcro is super good also.

Used it for less than two months and the velcro won't stick properly. It's all frayed and keeps loosening so not happy at all.
