I use this on a minor muscle type occasional aches, whether it’s my knees, a wrist or an ankle area- I notice that most times- whether with or without icing first- I actually gen can feel relief & adequate results on a first or second application ! I have continued to buy this brand first because of its results for me & also it rubs in better & disappears w less oily feel or residue than other similar ones .I Switched to Lifeflo awhile back because it’s high quality and feels pure. I prefer the Lifeflo Magnesium Oil as a go to spray , gel or lotion, as my first choice product , as it is highly effective Used once or twice. Tho I pref applying it at night due to oily quality ,if it’s a must, any times a good time to try it’s effectiveness!

It's simply the best body cream ever. I also use it on my toenails, fingernails, and any wounds or scars.

Always get this product but availability is limited. The cream is great for nerve pain and the itchy skin I have from an autoimmune disorder!

It provided some pain relief. It is a good moisturizer for night time because the cream is thick and can be sticky under clothing. I really like that it is unscented.

My husband has a bad knee and he's been using this for a couple of months. It absolutely has relieved him of pain. I like this product because it provides pain relief without involving your kidneys or liver (no swallowing of pain meds) - it goes directly on the skin. Not smelly either.

We live in the high desert in SoCA so our skin is dryyyyyyy - to put it mildly. This is the only cream I have found that keeps my feet from becoming cracked!! LOVE this lotion. It is also really good for muscle soreness!

Love the product but pump does not work!!! The botton leaks ! It has a cover and you can see all the cream leaking! I wish they could fix the bottles. I really like the cream😞
