Very nice fit, the skirt even fits well, I ordered a large, I wear a 10/12 in women's and it fit and even had extra room to stretch if needed. The top is a little tight for me but it just made it so the girls pooped out more, which was kind of the point. I wear a 38 DDD and they were covered for the most part
