So I didn’t realize when I purchased this item that it would be pocket sized, but I actually love that. It fits in my pocket and is super easy to carry to the various machines and weight sets. Just started using it and I’m looking forward to tracking my progress

Great little notebook, in an ideal size. The individual note pages are well thought out, with just enough space for what's important. Top marks there.The front pages are excellent too, helping to establish baselines, set goals, record progress over time...I couldn't have made it any better.Just one page has me stonkered. It's a page with a "running log" on the front and "Habits" on the back.I haven't a clue how to put these pages to use.Looked for a website for the printer. There's none printed on the notebook itself, which I find odd - I'd be mighty proud of a product this good. Looked online - my google-fu must have failed me.Terrific little notebook set up nearly perfectly...if only I could cipher out how the printers expect me to use the "running" and "habits" pages, it would get all 5 stars.Heck - it would have probably got 5 stars if that page hadn't been included at all!But just this ONE puzzle, and no convenient way to shed any light on it...
