I have buyed the machine long time ago but dealer never provided me software. Battery is out too , Shall I buy new machine from different company ?

Machine does not comes with Battery. You need to buy the Battery separately. But machine comes with the Power adapter, that is sufficient for the attendance function. Before purchasing new machine, Please check the accessories which are coming with the Biometric Machine. It should come with Software. Battery is additional.
