Great cough drop! Very tasty and really helps sooth a sore throat. Taste can be a bit medicinal at first but it grows on you. You'll soon taste nothing but Blackcurrant and relief. I bought these back when I caught the coof. My throat was sore and actually raw from all the coughing. These really helped suppress the cough and Brough some much needed relief to my sore throat.

The flavor is yummy, so it won't gross you out. They are quite effective as well. Ordered more for the medicine cabinet.

Great cough drop which I first encountered on a trip to Ireland. So happy to be able to get it in the States. You can feel the menthol in your mouth, with a subtle black currant flavor to finish.

Interesting flavor with a weird American history. It should be noted that these drops are much larger than the usual Jakeman's drops I have purchased in the past. They last a lot longer, which is great if you're sick (I use these for counteracting the herbally-induced cough), but I imagine I would never want them again, after using them throughout an illness.

My daughter’s friend brought these back for us from London and I’m hooked! So good in a hot cup of tea when you’re sick.
