My first mistake was thinking Amazon endorsed it. My second mistake was buying it. I ordered it because my husband had recently badly stretched a tendon in his foot and the physio who saw him recommended getting Kinesiology tape to help support the arch of his foot to give the tendon a chance to recover. She had put the same sort of tape on his foot at the clinic and it did help. She recommended buying from Amazon as a lot of the tape sold on a certain auction site is rubbish. So when I saw this tape on sale as "fulfilled by Amazon" I thought that it must be okay if Amazon's endorsing it. That's when my troubles began. Firstly, I don't know what "fulfilled by Amazon" is meant to mean, exactly. I thought that they kept the stock on behalf of the seller and took a percentage for every order. So thinking it would arrive in a few days, I went ahead and ordered it. 3 weeks later and there was still no sign of it. So when I went back to Amazon to see what could be holding the order up, I found it was actually coming from China. Straightaway, alarm bells went off in my head. And when it did eventually arrive, I was bemused to find my fears had been confirmed. The tape is absolute rubbish. It is so thin you could watch telly through it. Literally. Buy some and try it out. It does give the characters in Coronation Street a strange ghost-like quality. And as it stretches lengthwise, it loses all the benefits of proper Kinesiology tape. And the stickyness wears off inside a couple of hours. Its pointless complaining to Amazon as they will just refer me to the seller, who probably only gets to his nearest internet cafe once a week, and who will tell me to send it back at my own expense. So, people, if you need Kinesiology tape, go to a reputable pharmacist or sports outlet and buy it. It may cost a couple or three times more than this stuff but you will get the real deal or, if its as bad as this, somewhere to return it to for a refund. Stay well clear of this stuff.

First time I purchased the Ultimate Performance Kinesiology Tape, it was brilliant. The item came boxed up in its original box and the back label of the tape stated clearly that it was the ultimate performance brand and not nothing else. Second time around buying it, it has been a completely different story. The item wasn't boxed up although it was clearly new at least but it didn't feel like it was a single sale item and it came out of a bundle box instead and to top it up, the back label of the tape had no brand name on it. I felt a little ripped off. It didn't stick as well to the skin as the first one did either. I will most probably have to buy again from this seller as i don't know where else to get the tape from, i just hope this was a one off mistake and wont happen again. If the product says it is Ultimate performance branded, then they shouldn't send you anything else without consulting with the buyer first. Otherwise just state that it is plain kinesiology tape that you are selling.

Used product for a knee injury when unsure what injury was. Application was a bit tricky at 1st & there are several ways to apply the tape for knee injuries. Once on initially it felt a little strange but after the 1st 12 hours i forgot it was on & actually found it helped & supported the knee. I think use is personal preference but i think it helps & works. The trick is using sharp scissors to cut it , apply to very dry un moistened skin & ensure edges are well pressed down . It last about 3-4 days before needing changing as per manufactures instructions

Had this to support the calfs during a 12.5 mile run. Must say I've never believed in this but it definitely worked. I took it off during 3/4 through and I could tell a difference. Had it for tough mudder as well and it stayed well put during the course of going in and out of water and mud. Would recommend

Bought a single black roll to test it out on some fat pad syndrome on my heel. Cuts easily, applies easily and was still stuck fast three days later. As advised by another reviewer, rounding off the corners does help. and as it is quite a cheap one, you will get a little bit of fraying after a couple of days, but it does the job nicely. Can;t see the point of paying for the more expensive brands. When buying, make sure you buy one of the ones that are fulfilled by amazon. It sounds like some of these come from other sellers in china and the reviews on those don't seem as good.
