Best remote, so far, for my Nvidia Shield
I have tried a few other remotes for my entertainment system(s), and this one is by far the best! I currently own two of these and use it on a new Smart TV set-up and well as an older TV (IR remote) with a T95Zplus hooked up. This remote is easily programmable using the older IR remotes. My Setup 1: I have a Samsung Smart TV, Nvidia Shield and a Denon Receiver. My Shield is connected to the Receiver and the 'monitor out' HDMI cable goes to the TV. Because the Shield, TV and the Receiver are all sending and receiving HDMI-CEC signals, this remote controls all my devices (the features that I want it to control). Powering on my Shield with this remote, powers on the TV and the Receiver as well. My Receiver then defaults to the Shield signal input. Volume buttons on this remote controls the Receiver volume. Mute button mutes my Receiver. I do not believe the Page +/- buttons do anything on the Shield. I never tried the number keys. Powering off with this remote turns off all my devices. Because I have the HDMI-CEC set-up, this remote effectively controls the shield, primarily. The shield tells the Receiver to power on and the then the Receiver tells the TV to power on.My Set-up 2: I have an older Panasonic Plasma TV with IR remote control. I have a T95Z Plus (android streaming box) hooked up to this TV. This remote works well with the T95z Plus. The only complaint is that the You Tube app does not scroll well, but that is the fault of the streaming box. I programmed the extra keys to power on/off the TV (uses IR), but rarely use that extra button because the streaming box powers on/off the TV via the power button. I also programmed the TV's "Input selection" and "volume up/down" to the extra keys on this remote. They use the IR function on the TV and work flawlessly. This remote: This remote works very well with my Nvidia Shield. However, I do not have 100% of the functionality that the OEM Shield remote has. There is no voice remote feature. Also, typing on the Shield's keyboard does not work. So, I flip this remote and type on that. The Gyroscopic mouse works well. The back-lit key feature also works well. The buttons have a comfortable tactile feel. The entire control wheel rocks you depress one of the arrows. Holding the an arrow allows the screen to roll, which make scrolling fast. Rechargeable battery is a nice feature. Programming the extra keys is also very useful. The Bluetooth range is great. This remote, in addition to the Bluetooth connectivity also has IR connectivity and controls older TVs with IR remotes.

Versatile, My favorite Remote.
I just wish It came with more IR buttons!! but it is exactly as advertised and works great for my TV/PC set up. Dongle has great response and IR works perfectly on my HDTV I can easily use the same device on the PC and TV and also comes with the cord if you want to connect the dongle to a Firestick/streaming device. Backlight you can choose to have on or off and you can charge the remote so no need for batteries!! It's made well and it looks cool too definitely my fav.

I like what I see!
This was reviewed using the remote on a HTPC running Windows 10. I've been using an MX3 Pro for years but I disliked it for a number of reasons. I will be heavily comparing it to the AuviPal G9, which I'm glade to say seems to be a better overall controller.Build quality is solid with each button having a very solid "click" with little pressure. Built in rechargeable batteries is also a plus. You could argue that replaceable batteries is better and I can understand that. Considering the price of batteries, you could just replace the remote after a few years if it stops holding a charge and it would cost the same.MX3 buttons were mushy, required more pressure to click (thus moving the mouse), and wouldn't always register a button press. All functions worked perfectly. The air mouse speed is adjustable and has a sight dead-zone when not moving the remote. This makes double clicking and right clicking very easy.MX3 Pro would be so sensitive that it would register the slightest movement of the hand and shake the cursor when holding the controller. Pressing a button would often cause the cursor to move, taking it off the icon or making windows think you were doing a "drag-and-drop". That doesn't happen with the AuviPal G9.The IR learning function did work but took several time before it would learn a command. Sometime it would act like it learned the command but wouldn't work when tested. Once it did finally learn it, it worked perfectly. While I haven't had it long, I like what I see. I do recommend some improvements:I like how I can sleep the PC with the power button but the remote loses connection with the dongle without driver support, even if the USB port is powered while sleeping. This mean the remote can't wake the PC from sleep. It's not an issue with my PC since my wireless keyboard can wake the PC. The remote flashes green light, indicating connection was lost. I would like to see some way for the remote and controller to maintain connection while the PC is sleeping so I can power it up by pressing a button on the remote. Also, more IR hotkeys would be nice. 1-9 are not useful to me and would be nice to program them for more control of my TV.

Great device .
A must for those who have cut the cord and use a pc hooked up to tv for all streaming platforms. I use this for Mac mini connected to tv. I easily tuned the IR buttons to act as vol up / down and mute for my tv. With the Power IR button used for tv on/off. I’ve re tuned it for 3 different tvs and all worked seamlessly. The battery life is good especially if you turn off backlight. Easily last 2 weeks plus and charges quickly. I used to need the tv remote and a full size wireless keyboard but now I can do it all with this one remote . I’ve had one for 2 years and it’s still works great. I bought another for different room and pc and again it’s performing just as well. The mouse movement is steady and sure and once you use it for a period it becomes second nature. Fantastic gadget !
