A lot of reviewers on here are getting bent out of shape by the "principle" that this showerhead is made from mostly ABS heavy duty plastic rather than all Oil Rubbed Bronze. Anyone who thinks they're getting all metal oil rubbed bronze construction for this price point is crazy for 2 reasons, and I'll explain why. First off, the unit is extremely well built. Every component that NEEDS to be metal, is. Every connection is tight, with the use of plumber's tape (provided) my unit has no leaking whatsoever, and awesome pressure. You would never tell from looking at it this unit that a large part of it is made from ABS, besides the fact that the shower wand is incredibly light, which makes using it extremely comfortable. The best part of this showerhead is the huge array of settings and configurations it gives you. the diverter lets you use the wand and rainfall simultaneously, or either or, which is extremely useful. The main rainfall's setting for "mist" feels like having a spa in your home, and the wand has at least 5 settings to chose from as well. If you pair this with a shower filter, you're in for a treat. This completely elevated my shower experience and at this price point, the experience is an absolute steal.

I don’t get the bad reviews...it’s super easy to install and came with everything u need. Which wasn’t much at all, just 3 washers and some plumbing tape! We don’t have the most amazing water pressure but the shower head blasted full power even when both heads were on. We purchased this to replace our cheap one that finally gave out on us. This one was about the same price so i was expecting a chinsy plastic hose. But it’s definitely metal, which is great because that will prevent the line from kinking when using the removable head by hand. Very happy with this shower head. We have kids and have to have the dual heads because they’re little and still shower together and they need their own shower head lol. It’s also a plus for mom (me) because i have long, thick hair and i can use both heads to get all the shampoo out of my hair and it feels so soft as if i went to the salon.

We needed to replace our Moen shower head which was similar in style to this one. We were skeptical to purchase this one because of the low price and unfamiliarity with the brand but based on the reviews decided to try the product. We have installed it a few weeks now and absolutely love the product. It is much better than the Moen shower head as we are getting wonderful water pressure, it was easy to install, and it looks great. The only Con, is that the 2nd shower head is a bit high for practical use as a dual shower head but it is not a deterrent for us as we seldom use the two together. We would definitely recommend this product.

So, the quality of this is totally fine. Three months of use and no issues. The various settings are easy to select and the massage effect great. The only problem is that it uses a significant amount of water. Our water bill jumped about 50 bucks a month after the install when everything else stayed the same in the house. At some point will probably downgrade to something else just to save the water

I sometimes need to use a shower chair and wanted something flexible to use both standing and sitting. The settings are easy to adjust using both hands on the main shower head. Using just one may move the shower head instead of rotating the selection. This isn’t hard with the wand because it is either in the holder or you already have one hand controlling the wand position. It “conveniently” points out the restrictor that limits flow to 2.5gpm. Out of curiosity I removed this to see how big of a difference it makes. We have strong water pressure which is needed to feed to fire suppression sprinklers. So we have a 1.5” meter and 2” main line. The pressure reducer gauge in the crawl space limits the house line adjustable from the 120psi source down to the normal setting of 60psi. I like a bit more pressure so I adjusted it to 75psi. With the new shower head with reducer still in place I ran it through the combinations. It does lack for spray volume or spray pressure unless you have both main and wand active at the same time. There are some combinations that could use more water. But overall it is very useful as is. With the restrictor removed some of the settings actually are a bit too strong. Good for rinsing out long hair but it can feel like you are being pressure washed on tender skin. A quick show controls adjustment fixes that. Using both heads it truly was a deluge in some settings. I did like having a volume mist from the rain head and a strong directed stream for rinsing where I wanted. I played around and below 70psi you definitely want to remove the restrictor. Below 50psi even without the restrictor you can’t really use both heads at the same time and the max rain shower setting is weak. So if you have low water pressure you may not be happy. At or above 75psi if you remove the restrictor you want to have a shower control that is easy to adjust the volume. If kids are using this show then you may want to leave the restrictor in.

This was a great replacement for the original shower head. This was very easy to install, no leaks or drips and has significantly more pressure than the head it replaces. If more pressure is required, the restriction piece can be removed but it was not necessary for my needs. It looks nice. The adjustable flow settings work easily and there is even an extra gasket. I also liked that the instructions clearly stated, in two places, that if parts are missing to phone the company and new parts would be shipped within 24 hours. Thankfully, I did not need to do this, but I was glad to see that they are proactive about customer support.

The bad part first: The PTFE that arrived with the unit is abysmal which is a shame because the rest of the unit is solidly built. BYOT...buy your own tape. The good part: Excellent shower head. You just have to make sure that you crank it tight to whatever fixture you're attaching it too, but once it's one, it works perfect. Decent pressure and a very uniform spray. Once the water's off, it seals great (no drips).

This was easy for me to put up, however the quality is lacking. When it works, both showerheads have a very nice, relaxing rain. My issues are that a) it springs leaks constantly after using over 2 rolls of plumber's tape (it will be fine for a day or two then shift and spray everywhere) and b)the main showerhead that screws into the flange does not tighten. It stays loose and will spin any direction. This is not helpful when you remove the attached head and put it back and the whole thing spins. The bronze also runs right off of the nut that you tighten to the flange. Ordered a return & replacement and hoping that one works better. Edit 3/8/2020. The 2and product was exactly the same and I found information to call the company. After speaking to customer service, I was told they would send a replacement piece when I emailed my info. Two weeks later I followed up and they 'hadn't seen' the email I sent with my information literally within 3 minutes of the original phone call. 3 weeks to a month later I finally got the replacement parts. It was the same exact issue. By that point I was well outside the return period. I have had a contractor working on my kitchen and he was able to get it to secure and stop leaking, but he did mention that it was faulty and needed to screw in much deeper than was possible to do by hand (which is what instructions say to do) in order to secure it. It works well enough but I would have paid more for a better product rather than make this purchase again.

This puppy is it! Took me two minutes to install. The pressure is AMAZING. It is very lightweight to handle. I really love the weight of the hose so that it doesn't curl up and start sticking ojt from thr wall like light, plastic ones do. I haven't showered with it yet, but I cannot wait to. Seems like one of the best plumbing purchases I've ever made so far. My only concern moving forward will be durability of the finish, but at this price, it's affordable enough you csn replace it if you really do wear it out over a few years. Solid product so far. Loads of pressure!!!
