Do not buy -- worst ginger spice, tastes and smells awful.
I love ginger and ginger tea and hoped this product would be perfect -- it was just awful! It had absolutely no ginger taste and it smelled like a whole other spice blend. How can a company sell something this bad?! I began a return, did everything I had to do and then was told I had to contact customer support... maybe they do that with food items. So, then I called customer support and I was able to get my money back and told to keep the item. I dumped out the awful ginger and replaced it with some other ginger powder I bought at Ross which tastes great.

Too Mild
This has a very slight gingeriness, but lacks 'spice' and heat, almost as though it's been sitting in a factory for too long. Maybe it's just too mild for my taste.
