This sauce comes in an 85ml bottle with a regular screw top and was well packaged with plastic so it didn't get broken.There is no dropper which is what I've come to expect from sauces like this so you have to be careful how you pour. The sauce is very tasty and flavoursome with a little more spice and a little saltier than other soya sauces I have tried. I've sprinkled this on my burger, salad and a seafood dish and like it on all but would say this sauce is a little more suited to seafood dishes.Overall, it's a tasty sauce, a little on the salty side but transforms your dish and is something that I've enjoyed. I'd like the bottle to be a little bigger as a small bottle like this won't last long. It's something I may consider purchasing in the future because it's a unique sauce.

I added half a tea spoon to a pasta sauce and it added an overwhelming taste of salt and I couldn't taste any herbs. Probably best suited as a substitute for fish or soya sauce in Thai dishes. Definitely not an all-rounder.

We like for all food and drink items to have a security and preferably one that is reliably tamper evident.This had no security seal at all!This means that we won’t try this as we can’t be sure of quality of the contents - be it opened and spoiled as oxidised etc. or tainted.Shame but we want security seals!

Essentially this is a soy sauce with a twist. It looks, pours and smells like a regular dark soy sauce, but it has a tang that’s both a bit saltier and a bit spicier. It makes it feel a little more ‘seafoody’ than regular soy, and it definitely feels best suited to dishes like sushi and fish dishes, but you can also use it on a simple rice dish, basically anything you’d use a soy sauce on, as a kind of “soy sauce plus”.The bottle pours nicely and is well presented. The branding to me looks more medicinal than flavour-based but it does look as premium as it tastes.I’ve bought A. Vogel products before and been very happy with them for quality, and this is no exception. It may be a fair bit more expensive than a regular soy (seven quid for a 85ml bottle at time of writing), but it’s quite potent and you will be able to flavour a lot of dishes with it- whether that’s making it the centrepiece flavour of a whole dish, or just using it to spice up your side dish of rice a little bit. Definitely worth checking out if you like seafood and you reach for your soy sauce a lot.

This may come in a very small bottle, but just a little of it packs a BIG punch. The flavor is amazing, and it truly does add an extra boost of flavor to food. It is great on steamed veggies, rice, chicken, or anything you want to give an Asian inspired flavor boost to.It is described as an all purpose seasoning, but it is essentially soy sauce with additional veggies added. It tastes like high quality, refined soy sauce with a bit of a deliciously unique flavor.We really like this sauce, just wish it was in a bigger bottle. It is a little pricey considering how small the bottle is.

This vegan-friendly Kelpamare seasoning sauce is produced in Switzerland by A. Vogel and can be used in various ways to add a distinctive flavour to your sauces, soups and salads etc. It is difficult to describe this flavour but if you think of soy sauce with a hint of the sea you will get an idea of what to expect. My wife tried it instead of soy sauce with a Chinese prawn dish and she said it worked rather well. Currently a little over four pounds for an 85ml bottle from Amazon this sauce is decent value for the quality if the flavour suits your taste. We weren't sure quite how to open the dispenser top of the bottle at first so we just snipped the end off with scissors and that did the job. This sauce won't be to everyone's taste but if you like the flavour then five stars for quality.

This is a very small bottle of all purpose seasoning, it is very similar to soy sauce so compliments Asian style dishes and stir fries well. The flavour is good, you don't need to use very much for it to pack a punch, though a larger bottle would be preferred!An interesting sauce, a good addition to our seasonings and tastes good, price wise if it was a little less i'd potentially buy again.

Me gusta mucho, lo utilizo todos los dias. Me da muy buen gusto a las comidas, y poco sal. Lo que me gustaria es poder comprar la botella de 500ml, porque es mucho mas barato asi, la pequena se termina demasiado pronto! No pueden vender la grande??
