This is NOT a $400 GHD. It is not as sturdy or as versatile as that. It is also far less expensive, heavy and bulky. Pros -- low price and excellent value Adjustable angle -- let's you make various parts of range of motion the most challenging. Portability and stores in small space -- literally under 30 seconds to unfold and set it up, or to fold it and set it aside. Split pad -- many similar products feature a single, solid pad. That can be very uncomfortable for males. No issue with this product. Cons -- I would exercise extreme caution if you are doing very dynamic movements, or if you are very heavy. The base of the support fits into one of three lips that keep it in place. If you unweight it enough for the base to slip out of that, you are going face first into the ground. I have not had that happen or felt close to it but I weigh under 150 pounds (70kgs). If you are hoping for something as sturdy and versatile as a high-end GHD, you are going to be disappointed. If you want a device that is small, lightweight and affordable and you have realistic expectations of it, you will find this to be an good addition to your home gym.

The product has every feature I want but it feels very cheap and flimsy. I am 170” and I don’t think it will hold up to anyone heavier. The bar to adjust the angle is crooked and I have to twist it and force it to it’s locking latches. This made the unit unacceptable for me. The pads are thin. Also the piece that holds your feet is a good feature but it wiggles around a lot. There is a lot of play on it. Edit: Upgraded from 2 stars to 4. Seller promptly replaced the defective one. Having received an acceptable unit, it is light, easily carried, and good for home use. It’s still kinda flimsly and would not recommend it to anyone heavier than 180#. I am going to keep a eye on it.

I purchased this as a gift for my husband, who is 6'4" and about 230 lbs. We were pleasantly surprised to see how well this is made. Very simple to assemble and easily adjustable to fit a range of heights (I am 5’8”). We opted not to put the handles on - you don’t really need them- and they are just a bit too narrow and fell to close for comfort. But very sturdy, no rocking or tipping! Great price for a piece of home gym equipment.

Recent purchase for at home gym...This is an affordable piece of equipment, however, it does not feel very sturdy for those who are taller than 5'8" and over 160lbs. I find it hard to believe a 300lbs person would feel secure on this roman chair/glute ham developer. On a positive note, it came mostly assembled and easy to complete the assembly. Lastly, I would not buy again or recommend someone to buy unless they're petite build. I'm going to try it out for a couple of weeks to see if I get more comfortable with it.

You might not expect a gym quality product for about $100 and that's a good thing because you don't get one. Bench is unstable unless both hand screws are tightened completely. Then it is moderately stabile, but not really solid. Unable to get it properly adjusted. Inadequate English instructions and no explanations or cautions are supplied. Product is a decent value at $99.98 as currently charged by other vendors. Unfortunately, I was charged $159.99 for the exact same Xiaopeng product, featuring the same description photos (with the same male model).

Very strong, sturdy, and provides options on angles for different size, height, and strength of users. Setting of 30, 40, 50 degree angles allows you to flex & stretch longer, deeper, & slower as you build up more strength. Folds flat to slide under bed or put in closet. Recommendation is to develop a latch to lock the chair flat while stored horizontally & vertically. If you lean too far to one side, it may become un-stable. Our entire family uses from 5'-4" to 6'-2" and from 120 to over 250 lbs. Strong & stable just stay straight! Handles are in great position!

Overall I'm happy with this product. I am 5'11" and 170lbs. The extension rack does exactly what it is supposed to do and the ability to fold it for storage is great. It easily fits in my closet. The only thing I think could be better (for the price) is the foot platform and the bar that holds your legs in place. They could be a little wider and more stable. They are still usable, it just seems they could be easily improved without making the rack any bulkier and I could get a better workout. The rack wiggles a little bit when not in use. It seems designed to use your body weight to hold everything in place. It is stable when using it. I would happily pay more money for a similar design with higher quality machining but for the price this is very good.

This is probably the best purchase I could have made for rehabbing my back. It folds and stores easily, assembly took 5 minutes, and it works great! The split design of the cushions is super comfortable. Not only that, but if you put it in the medium setting, I can also do reverse hyper extensions as a warm up.
