The Voting Game - The Hilarious Adult Party Card Game About Finding Out Who Your Friends are for White Elephant Parties, Stocking Stuffers + Board Games Night with Friends

The picture I posted- I explain below why I chose those specific cards to post but I'll start by saying this is a game you probably won't be taking to work or church. There are quite a few cards that are considered inappropriate for certain settings/situations. If you're super shy and/or easily offended, you might not enjoy this much....or maybe you will with a few drinks? For a group of mostly strangers- it may not be enjoyed as much, not just because of the awkward cards but there are a lot of questions that are more relevant for people that know you better. That being said- this is likely to be much more fun for a group of friends/close friends (possibly even some family)....and also a group that gets this kind of humor--although, if you throw in at least one shy and awkward person that would add extra fun lol. NOTE: Even with close friends, it has potential of getting pretty awkward. For example, see the picture I posted- say you're in a group of mostly couples and one single person- or mostly single friends and one couple...depending on their personalities it could be just a little awkward or super awkward. I personally think it's fun when it gets pretty awkward and having a mix of personalities. I plan on getting the NSFW expansion pack for our next game night for this very reason lol. NOTE: A majority of the cards are just clean and silly questions so if you're not wanting the super awkward questions you could just pull those out--the picture I posted is most of the cards I found to be most potentially-awkward questions, so it's not a ton of them BUT there are several more sexual references on cards that I did not put in the picture. A couple examples of the less-awkward (but still inappropriate) questions: "Who has gotten a massage with a happy ending" and "Who would be first picked for a threesome" Clean questions- these are still really fun and you'll probably be arguing with your friends about each of your votes. Also, it's funny when someone votes for you and you would not have expected it! A couple examples of clean but fun questions: "Who would try to talk down the price of Girl Scout Cookies?", "Whose Google search history would you like to see the most?" and "Who gives the most awkward hugs".

Excellent party game that rivals cards against humanity. Let me start off by saying I'm a huge CAH enthusiast, bigger blacker box, 6 expansions, all the bells and whistles. Beware: This game feels identical to the raunchy behavior that takes place in these 17+ card games. While the game can be fun to any random group of people, playing with close friends is really where it shines. The game forces people to make rash opinions about the people playing the game, and can potentially even hurt someone's feelings by something like voting who would tip the least, most likely to date someone not yet born etc. While most cards are generally positive, you should make sure everyone playing can take a hit and realizes that it is just a game. With random strangers it is a lot harder to vote for someone you barely know opposed to those you know well. However playing with a group of close friends, it really shines as it promotes sharing the reasoning behind the vote, let it be a kind gesture someone witnessed or that one night where things went a little hazy. It is super compact, I like how easy it easy to bring a square box with me over the BBB. Less clutter than CAH because there isn't a discard pile since all voting cards are returned to the players. Since this game is propelled by the players' opinions instead of a funny word or phrase on a card, the jokes and memories created by playing feel more original and genuine, at least that what I perceived. Nice addition to my collection of party games, would buy again.

I love this game, it's really fun. I do encourage the use of discretion when selecting people to play it with as some questions can cause certain people to be uncomfortable. That being said the thing that most impressed me about this game is just the range of questions, everything from "Who is secretly a superhero " to "who's standards lower after the fewest number of drinks", the results are hilarious. One of the added perks is that this game takes up almost no space on my already overflowing game shelves. Being an avid collector of board and card games, the packaging of games I order on Amazon are always a toss up. I always end up wondering "how will this fit on the shelves?" Luckily, this game is small and square and actually takes up very little room. This is where the review portion ends and if you want you can stop reading but I want to go into a little bit of detail about why I found out that some people are not suited for all questions and therefore not suited for this game. I bought this game in anticipation of a get together my roommate and I were having at our home, just a few friends. So one of our friends ends up bringing a guy who no one else at the party had met. Well we played this game and iIdrew the card that may have inspired this new guy to want to leave. The question being "who has hooked up with the most people in a 24hr period?" Some background info: every one present (except maybe the new guy) knows that the gal who brought new guy has participated in at least 2 threesomes and for our little group more than 1 hook up in 24 hours is quite unusual. So back to the votes, everyone is cracking up, knowing who in truth to vote for. Anyways long story short, after that question new guy went out for a smoke and when he came back they decided to leave early :(. New guy is a nice person but I think we scared him off.

This game is really fun and sparks great conversations. It's best if you get people to explain who they voted for and why! And get the people voted for to confirm or deny :P

Want to know what people really think of you? Play this game. We brought it out after Christmas dinner and laughed until our sides hurt. You have to be able to take a joke if you’re going to play this. It’s never cool finding out your friends and family think you’re “most likely to clog a toilet and leave without telling anyone.” Excuse me? This has actually happened at my sister in laws house. I flushed a feminine hygiene product and clogged the toilet. This was early in our marriage when said sister in law hated me. Anyway, my husband and father in law had to buy a plunger to unclog the toilet. The day was saved and I only died a little on the inside. Anyway, like I said, you need to be able to laugh at yourself to play this game.

I got this for a Chanukah present for friends. After we had a tragedy in my family during Chanukah, it was halted in its tracks and all parties stopped. Last night we decided to get together with friends and have latkes even though Chanukah was long past. I gave them this game as a present and it's really fun! We had to alter the rules to say the person with the majority wins because if you played until one person got 4 cards, it might take a while. It was a great way to tease people but also know what others think of you. Who is most likely to get stopped for driving slow? Who has a moral compass broken beyond repair? Who will change the world? Who gets in trouble at work the most? My best friend was won "who was the biggest bully in school?", "who has the longest criminal record?" (No one at the table had anything other than parking or speeding tickets and we all knew it so it was just fun to guess) and "who would stay the most calm in a national emergency?". We are game players and all agreed this was a super fun game. I might just have to get one for myself lol

Great fun the first time with a group of friends, and made us laugh a ton (as well as unanimously establish who would be most ashamed of their porn stash and who gives the most awkward hugs). However, the Voting Game has two major flaws. 1) Half the cards inside are either boring or plain cringey to play. This may depend on your friend group, but there were definitely some cards that were straight-up unusable. My friends ended up pausing the game to separate future cards into "usable" and "unusable" piles, which is not a good sign for the game. 2) After playing it once with any given friend group, you've gotten all the enjoyment you can out of it with them. There's no replayability within the same friend group as you've seen all the good cards already and will probably respond the same way. You can of course play it with a different friend group, but that's not necessarily good design.

Recently my group of friends have been exploring more party games and this one has really high marks from us. We got together and cracked it open the night it arrived and we had non-stop laughs the entire time. I say we played for at least one hour. The rules are simple: everyone votes for the person most likely to obtain the superlative designated on the black card. Once everyone has voted the players who have been voted for have to guess who voted for them. (This is where you can opt in for the drinking version)If the player guesses correctly the voter has to drink. If the guessing player guesses incorrectly they have to drink. This game will bring a group of friends closer for sure. If you have sensitive friends I would back away for some of the cards can be shady. i.e. who peaked in high school or who cannot name all of the continents. But if you friend group is able to play in jest then everyone should have a great time. I am excited to purchase the adult version to see how much different the superlative cards can become.

Recently played this for the first time and I found it was fun and a change from the usual games that are out there. This game gives you an opportunity to see what your friends really think of you. It is hilarious to see who votes for who with the questions. For the most part the questions were good but there are some that were rejected from the game because the question just made no sense. A added benefit of this game is there are expansion packs and an app to get additional questions so that you are not using the same questions every time you play. If you had to use the same questions over and over again the game would become repetitive like other games on the market now. The only thing I would recommend to people when playing this game is to have a refresh pile for the voting cards. This allows you to go and get a voting card to replace a number in your hand if you are missing a number of a player. Overall, I did enjoy this game, it was a good laugh and I would definitely recommend it to people.

Grt game. Though lot of questions doesnt concer to indians and its place people and events related which doesn’t concern indians as many wont understand it also. But personally i liked it. Quality of cards and its prints is also gud. Worth the price.

Fun game for adult game night.

Fun game, may not be for more reserved families, my parents were kind of offended by some of the questions. As long as you are into having fun and open minded you will be happy with this purchase.
