Watches should be new. And have new batteries.
I received 2 watches. Neither watch works. I correctly replaced the batteries. One watch works, the other does not work fully. I sent an email to Auth-Store 7 days ago. No response.

The company is a fraud
The watch did not work at all. Had links in box from previously being removed. Warranty card was filled out with someone's name.
