I'd love some sort of marker on the filter itself showing which way it goes in to the actual unit. I didn't pay enough attention when I removed the old one! Obviously I figured it out, but only after trying to put it in the incorrect way the first time. It does what it should though, which is great. The only actual feedback I have is that I wish it weren't made of cardboard. I understand wanting to guarantee having constant customers, but I miss being able to simply wash the filter under running water and only replace it annually once it breaks down. As this is cardboard, washing isn't an option (trust us, we tried. Oops.)

I put the new air filter into the purifier and went about my evening. I did NOT turn it on. About 30 mins later, I smell something burning and realized my apartment was filled up with smoke. After running all around to figure out where it was coming from, I noticed it was the purifier so I immediately took everything apart and unplugged it.

Very good

They work fine - the construction isn't as rugged as the authentic filters but these get the job done and once they're installed, you don't touch them so it works fine.

Just as good as the name brand

Great filter for a great value! I have been using this filter for about two weeks, and the product has been doing its job. It does help in reducing dust in the room. I recommend the product.
