In All My Shoes
I had plantar fasclitis so bad in my right foot I could barely walk on it getting up in the middle of the night, etc. Never went to a doctor just lived with the pain. I decided to try these to see if they'd provide some relief. Anyone that has this knows the pain I'm alluding to. I replaced the insoles in a pair of my walking shoes and they worked so well they're now in all my shoes. They especially work well in my converse. Foot pain completely gone. Like it never even happened. When I first took them out of the box they seemed pretty rigid/stiff. I wouldn't imagine they'd be this comfortable. Plenty of arch support and feels like Im getting a foot message when I'm wearing them. Lol When I walked with them the first time they felt different. Once my feet adapted I don't even think about them. I try to get out for my 3 mile walk mist every day, walk around the house, out and about, etc. These work for me. Love em.

Plantar Fasciitis Pain is GONE!
I suffer from plantar fasciitis and thought I would try these insoles. I have a pair of flat sole walking shoes that I wear to walk my dog several times a day. The shoes do not have a removable insole, so I simply inserted these, and put my shoes on. Right away, I could feel the arch support and soothing comfort. OK, now for the REAL test. I took my dog out for the walk, and during the 20 minute walk, I was happy and smiling! Yay, I am pain-free! I can't comment as to the durability, or how long these insoles will last, but... they are truly AMAZING! For the price, you can not go wrong! These Insoles WORK great!

Work like they should. I'm happy.
This type of insole essentially cured my very painful plantar fasciitis problem a number of years ago. For me they have been just as good as the 10x more expensive ones from the podiatrist. I buy a new set whenever the old ones wear out or I get new shoes. These particular ones are pretty standard PF insoles. There are a lot of other's just like these, but these were a better price when I got them.Good arch support (and I have very high arches), and enough cushion to keep my feet happy when I'm on them all day. They do not squeak when I walk like some other brands do.They are a snug fit in my 10-1/2 Merrells. Might need trimming to get them in a size 10.Yes, I'd definitely get them again.

Inserts are necessary to help with PF
Reviews for:- Samarai Insoles: FIVE STARS- WalkHero Insoles: FIVE STARS- ValSole Insoles: FIVE STARS- SB Sox PF Relief Socks: FIVE STARS- Koprez PF Sleeve: FOUR STARS- Vibit (purchased directly instead of thru Amazon): THREE STARS- Tisscare foot massager with heat (purchased earlier somewhere else): FIVE STARSMy experience with Plantar Fasciitis (PF): Iโm 64, female, retired for one year, and lead an active lifestyle. My normal routine includes a 4-5 mile walk every morning, pickleball 5x per week, and golf when I can. PF symptoms showed up suddenly about two months ago โ suddenly it hurt too much to walk very far and pickleball was excruciating. It affected both feet, but the pain in my right foot was significantly worse. In spite of all the products that promise fast relief, I learned that managing PF is a multi-step process. Here's what worked for me โ in order of implementation:- I threw away five pairs of worn-out running shoes and started wearing my newest pair all the time.- I quit going barefoot and now wear shoes all the time, even inside the house.- I quite wearing dress shoes or sandals (easy for me since Iโm retired).- I started stretching my heels/calves multiple times per day, with and without a step.- I rolled my foot over a frozen water bottle or a small hard plastic ball with spikes on it. The plastic ball seems to work better, and soon I was using it several times per day.- I bought three different pairs of PF insoles so I could use them all the time. I couldnโt really tell any difference between the three brands I tried, but I think the ones with deep heel cups (WalkHero and ValSole) are better, and those are the two I use most of the time.- I bought SB Sox and now wear them on both feet during all waking hours.- I tried the Koprez Sleeve, but found that it was uncomfortable to wear all the time. I tried wearing it on a walk, but it actually became more painful after about ยผ mile. I tried wearing it for pickleball, and it was wonderful. The Koprez Sleeve allows me to keep playing pickleball.- I tried foam rolling my calves. I think it helped, but it was really hard on my arms. So I quit.- I bought the Vibit, hoping that I could use it on my calves as well as my feet. It vibrated as advertised, but it was actually harder to use than a foam roller and it didnโt seem more effective. It felt good on my feet but I couldnโt tell if it helped or not. Following the directions requires 15 minutes per foot dedicated to using the massager (no multi-tasking is possible). I still use it occasionally if I want a few extra minutes without sitting down with the Tisscare, but I donโt think this purchase helped with the PF. I have also used the Vibit for other things (IT band, back, arms), and it offers a nice massage.- I started using a Tisscare foot massager with heat that we already owned. It seemed to help a lot, and it was easy to use as I could just sit there and let the massager do the work on both feet at the same time while I read or used my phone. Iโm still using it 2-3x per day for 20 minutes. Very much worth the money and I will buy it again if it quits working.Results:- It took about four weeks to research, purchase, and start using all the products listed above. During that first four weeks, I quit my morning walks and cut back on pickleball (I could not play two days in a row). Pain was intense, especially after pickleball or at the end of the day.- Within a couple weeks, the morning pain was better, mostly because I stretched and rolled 2-3 times during the night (I wake up anyway).- After putting everything into place (about four weeks), the morning pain was pretty much gone and I started walking two miles in the morning. I still had pain if I played pickleball โ and the pain continued for the rest of the day.- After six weeks, I was able to increase the morning walks to my normal 4-5 miles most days and experienced only minimal pain with pickleball.- Itโs been about eight weeks, and Iโm still continuing to work on it. Pain is minimal and Iโm able to walk 5+ miles and play pickleball!

Great insoles for relieving foot and heel pain!
Honestly, these insoles have been a total lifesaver. If you're like me and spend a ton of time on your feet, or deal with annoying aches from things like flat feet or plantar fasciitis, you definitely need to give these a try. Here is what I love about them:Real Relief: The arch support hits just right. It actually keeps your feet and legs aligned, so you don't end the day with that miserable throbbing pain in your heels.Deep Heel Cup: It feels like your heel is safely locked in place. Every time your foot hits the groundโwhether you're just out walking or joggingโthe shock absorption really takes the edge off.Sturdy Yet Comfy: The EVA material is awesome. It gives you plenty of cushion without feeling squishy, and somehow your feet don't overheat while wearing them.Easy Fit for Bulkier Shoes: Just a heads-up that these are built for roomier shoes. They fit like a dream in my sneakers, giving them that extra structure they were missing.Pros:Instant upgrade in comfort for everyday shoes.Solid arch support and deep heel cups that actually stay put.Durable materials that don't flatten out right away.Cons:Theyโve got some thickness to them, so don't try squeezing them into tight dress shoes.Overall, if your shoes need some serious backup, these are definitely worth grabbing!

Too Hard. Needs more padding.
These are great if you donโt need any cushioning in your shoes. Tried to use them without my original insoles and they are just too hard. I had to leave my original insoles in and place these on top of them. They are very easy to get in your shoes, due to them being very stiff with a very thin layer of padding. (Which does not add cushioning to your step). They do fit perfectly in my size 9 boot. Iโve only worn them for a few hours with my original insoles left in my shoes. Not sure they are going to work, being that both insoles together make the toes of my shoes too tight and that part can not be adjusted. Definitely needs more padding to be comfortable.

Does EXACTLY what I needed it to do - allows me to walk without pain!
As I get older, I've developed arthritis on the top of my right foot, and my doctor put me into sneakers that have the proper arch and foot support I needed. No more flat sandals for me! During the summer, I wore slides with an arch support while at home, but now that it's getting colder in New England, I needed something warmer. My regular slippers don't have arch support, and I didn't want to spend $60-$80 on a pair of new slippers. Saw that these were well rated, and tried them in my Dearfoams slipper-boots.IT WORKED IMMEDIATELY! I've been using these inserts for about 2 weeks, and haven't had any issues so far. I get the support I need; I can walk without any pain.

These have helped my foot pain
I walk a mile or two each day. My feet all of a sudden were really starting to hurt me, both in my toes and my heels. I thought perhaps my walking shoes were getting worn out. I bought these inserts, and I havenโt had any problems since! I donโt know if theyโd work for everyone, but they are working for me.

Good and durable, comparable to big brands
Excellent support, of similar quality to something I paid 4 times more at the podiatrist. I like the deep heel cup, high arch support and the level of stiffness. Better than Sch*** and Spen*** ones I have tried.
User
Very comfortable and supports a bigger foot!!
Excellent so far!! Size 14 very smooth feel and fits great for the big foot person in your life!! Custom insoles I've used previously were a fortune and these are outstanding, have a better feel than the super expensive customs!!

Good Quality and Works!
This is the first time I heard of this brand and bought 2 pairs of these insoles. They arrived on time and looked well built with ample support to the arch, which is great for those with flat feet or near flat feet. I worn it for 2 days to work and can feel the support to the arches and heels is there. My job requires me to walk a lot and it provided sufficient support such that my feet do not feel tired and heels painful at the end of the day. Durability wise remains a question as this is my first time using it. Hope they will last.
