I Love Lucy Womens Candy Factory Costume

I got this for my daughters wax museum project at school. I had my daughter try it on before the wax museum but I never made her button all the buttons. Huge mistake on my part. The day of the wax museum she put it on and buttoned all the buttons and to my horror buttons were missing not in the bag either. I felt like such a bad mom because there was no time to fix it. All I had was a bobby pin to try to hold it together. With all the other 4th grade families there I felt terrible for my daughter. She couldn't leave since it was all for a grade. Lesson learned on my part. I would definitely not recommend.

This was just what I was looking for! My office as having a virtual Halloween costume contest so I was able to "build" the chocolate factory for my submission. The costume fit perfect. It is a little sheer but with nude color undies and a slip, you will be just fine. I couldn't get the "I Love Lucy" heart to show on the left side without the top button coming out. I wish it was placed more outward. I bought the wig separate. I expect to be wearing this for more Halloween's in the future.

I wore this to work for Halloween and I got so many compliments (and won the costume contest)! The dress is spot on to what Lucy wears in the episode. Just note the wig isn’t included, you’ll have to buy separately. The buttons are a little loose and the dress is sheer, but the hat is PERFECT and stands up beautifully.

I'm a size 16 and the largest size fits perfect. Really pretty color pink and made pretty well. Hat is super cute on. Good price for what you get. Disappointed that the buttons fell off during the first washing and the packing wrinkles didn't wash out. Need to sew the buttons on. Pain. Good thing I ordered in advance of Halloween. Followed label washing directions and air dried but I think it needs a little time in the dryer to get the wrinkles out. We'll see.

Fit as expected

Fit was as expected and I got loads of compliments wearing this costume. It was a huge hit in my office and with my daughter who is the biggest Lucy fan ever. I wore it with a red wig and false eyelashes and everyone loved it!

Loved it but had to cut the button hole wider

Ordered a M/L. Overall a great costume. A button did fall off just from putting it on and it is a very sheer material. The hat was surprisingly sturdy and held up well.
