Banza Mac and Cheese Variety Pack - High Protein, Gluten Free, and Lower Carb Protein Mac and Cheese - 5.5oz (Pack of 6)

First, just the noodles. A number of chickpea pastas that I have looked at are made with chickpea paste and THAT'S IT. Which is a probably healthy, but makes a . . . crumbly product. I don't find them the most pleasant to eat, and I"m confused by it because traditional noodles aren't made with only wheat paste. Banza noodles are made with chickpea paste and other ingredients, which is amazing! It feels like a noodle. It tastes great! The cheese sauce (which I admittedly do add the butter and full fat milk to) is also REALLY TASTY. I am really impressed with this product. Look, this product is expensive. I'm just calling a spade a spade. But I think it is worth it, if you have that wiggle room in your budget.

We love this company. My partner is gluten-free, and these are the best gf noodles we have found. They are tasty and hold up well. We buy and eat this brand weekly. Highly recommended for gf eaters and their families. They are a healthier option too.

Stumbled upon this product while browsing Amazon and decided to give this a try. To my surprise, this product tastes good! Taste & texture reminds me of the tried and true classic (Kraft) mac & cheese! Suggest to start taste testing around ~6~7min for consistency, that was about Overall, I think this is a great alternate to regular pasta for those with sensitivity to gluten. It is a little more costly than the typical mac & cheese, but when you have those cravings, this is great!

LOVEEE this stuff. It is so filling & has reasonable calories, especially compared to the protein content. The flavor is good but a bit bland, definitely worth the calorie trade off though because it is still very good. I love the texture of the pasta, it’s exactly like regular pasta. It is expensive but so worth it!

Im going to be straight up, I hate chick peas, and I love this pasta you cant tell the difference much in taste at all once the cheese is on it nothing, I love that this is healthier and still just as good as the ones we love that isnt the greatest. Also another kick for you to try this I have a young child who is sometimes picky, when it comes to Mac and cheese oh god dont even breath wrong about it lol and he loves it. So if your unsure about it grab a box and try it, cant hurt to be fair. I did and I have another set coming my way as we speak.

I ordered the variety pack but I just tried the white cheddar one tonight. Honestly, I was surprised how well it tasted. I weighed out one serving on my food scale and then weighed the cheese serving (half the bag) and added half the serving of milk (used almond milk) and it tasted just like a less creamy, little bit slimy version of mac & cheese to me! Can’t complain one bit considering how much of a better option it is health wise. It solidified my craving as well. I also ate it with shrimp to make it a complete protein. It was overall pretty filling! Can’t wait to try the cheddar.

I got 1 each of the shells and 4 of the elbow which is my least favorite, supposed to get 2 of each.

I’ve been looking for gluten free Mac! These are great but a little pricey. Two servings per box. I will definitely buy again. I love the amount of protein in this brand.
