Don't expect an accurate measurement which means it won't fit.
This is NOT 27.5mm, it's 28+. If you need a cheap replacement neck, look somewhere else. Aside from the inability to given an accurate measurement, the octave mechanism is way off. This is junk.

Damaged, Poor packaging
Before I start, it needs to be said that every horn, even among the same manufacturers, will have a different receiver diameter, and a sax neck tenon needs to fit perfectly to work correctly. A slight leak here is a leak all the way down the horn, and the lowest notes suffer the most...I got my Yibuy neck in a few days, and it was beautifully constructed, and even the neck cork was of very good quality. However, due to poor packing, the tenon was smashed in a bit, and due to the cheap price, and the hassle of returning it, I opted to do the best I could to get it round again.. Worked out ok. I would have given 5 stars, if it was not damaged..I had to sand down the cork, which is normal. It did not fit my Selmer MarkIV, (too loose), or my Taiwanese Saxophone.com tenor (too tight)(great horn by the way), but it did fit my P Mauriat R66, although it was a little loose. I was impressed with the sound, and the intonation felt normal, and I was very happy to have something that would give me a little different flavor. It was even slightly easier to get altissimo G, using just the bis key, which was difficult with the original neck. I will probably have it fitted properly at a shop. It's that good.... Update: I actually bought a tool from Ferree tools to fix and fit the tenon. Worked out fine. I bought several chinese tenor necks, because I like to experiment. This Yibuy is probably the best of the bunch, but they were all decent. I thought they would all be rebranded necks from the same factory, but they are all quite different. I got one that fit my Selmer Mark VI, but it was not as good as the original (no surprise), but I have an old Selman ebay sax that I bought about 10 years ago for $260 bucks, and it plays GREAT with this Yibuy neck, and also plays well with the original. BUYER BEWARE: You will most likely have to sand the cork to fit your mouthpiece, and also you will probably have to bend the octave mechanism to work on your horn. This is not a defect!! It is completely normal!!

Size differential
Product was smaller than measurements made before ordering.

it was larger in diameter than advertised 28.2-3 not 27.5
It took a while to grind it down to a fit but worked ok once that was done.

Poorly manufactured and useless
This neck piece is useless. The key loop rides against octave bar and holds it open making the sax impossible to play. Terrible design not to specs.

Measured my sax neck opening @ 27.5 cm but this neck is too narrow.
I wanted a 2nd neck for a mouthpiece that is slightly large for my stock neck. This will not stay put in my horn. I may try to expand the port diameter to see if I can make it work. I had previously purchased an Ammoon neck for my alto for the same reason and that has worked out perfectly and plays in tune more easily than the original. Not so for the Yibuy tenor neck.
