I made the best hummus with these and I also bake them with olive oil, paprika, a little salt and pepper. I always have these on hand.

豆はとても大切な栄養素なのに、日本は豆が少ない。なので、エデンのカンズメは必要、 もっと種類を増やして欲しい。キドニイ豆も欲しい。

早速開封、缶切りがないと開けられない。缶切りなんて常備していないのでマイナスドライバーとハンマーで無理やりこじ開けた。 あまり柔らかすぎず、食感が残っているのが良い感じ。当たり前ではあるが味は付いていない。 料理に使うのにかなり適していると思う。
