It WORKS!
We have a small mixed breed nut job that leaves hair from one end of our house to the other - it's everywhere. He has an unbelievably dense fur coat with two levels of fur - the inner coat is about 1.5" long and the other just keeps growing until it gets cut. This brush is the only one he will tolerate out of the 3 or 4 distinct types of brushes we've tried. It is fine enough to get through his fur without pulling on him. On the first brushing, my wife pulled out a pile of hair that was about 1/2 the size of the dog. It was unbelievable. The bad news is that after the brushing, we are seeing even more hair around the house, but I think once we get him on a regular schedule, it will disappear.

Great brush! Not a penny waisted!
Wow! My cat loves this brush but, not as much as me! It removes all that extra fur and when you're done, the push button actually works really well pushing it all up to the top of the brush so you can easily remove it off the top. I have arthritis so I really appreciate the easy cleaning!

Defective brush TWICE!!!
If I could have given this item ZERO STARS, that would be more accurate. The first time I ordered this item it was defective. The bristles stuck out when I pressed the button to clean the hair off the brush. I ordered a replacement & received it today. Unfortunately, this replacement brush has the same defect. The bristles still stick out when I press the button so the cat hair doesn't easily slide off. Instead I have to carefully peel the hair off the bristles while pressing the button. The whole point of getting this brush was to make cleaning the hair off the brush easier. If I wanted to scrape & clean the hair off the brush I would just use my old cat brush that doesn't have the button attachment to easily slide the hair off the bristles.I "forgave" the defects in the first brush, but to have the same defects in the replacement brush is unforgivable. I'm disappointed in the poor quality control of the manufacturer of this brush.

Disappointed
Very sharp bristles. I bought this for a short haired dog . The teeth are very sharp and she does not like to be brushed with it

Super sharp
I had to get something heavy duty to trim my German Shepherds nails with and I found the right set in this pair of clippers. I grew tired of buying and breaking the discount store trimmers so I decided to give these a try. I'm quite happy with the results, they of course work well on our smaller dogs also. I would not hesitate to recommend these trimmers to anyone with an animal of any size who trim their animals nails/claws.

Great value
I have a Husky/German Shepherd mix and he had patches from the shedding. I purchased this based off of the reviews and the price and it works. I used it for maybe 5 mins and removed enough for to make another dog. His coat is now even and looks very healthy.

Umm No
I've had one of this type of brush before, the brush tips contracted completely. Nope, not this one. You still have to pull the hair out, also I thought it was a little sharp for my dogs. I would send it back but to get the thing out you have to pretty much destroy the package. I bought a furmanator brush and LOVE that. It's pricey, but hey I just threw $11 away on this one

This does work
My cat is too fat to reach his back to lick, and gets his fur matted, which also hurts him. I almost have the mats out, a couple more brushings and it should be good. And he doesn't like to be petted or held, but when he's on the couch with us, he was actually maybe starting to like the brush. I go very gently, and he even was starting to lick it ?? Anyhow....it is doing what I wanted, thank you. And the fur that comes off him!!!! amazing. He sheds like crazy. And I did get the mat out. My other cat also doesn't mind this brush too much. It WORKS !!! yeaa!!
