Can this work at the same time with a Somfy wireless wind sensor?

Yes, you can use multiple RTS sensors together. The wind sensor will always have first priority as it's the one that can save the awning from damage.

Does this work with Sunsetter awnings?

Yes if it has a Somfy RTS motor installed.

This retracts the awning when it gets wet but diesnt come back down when it drys off. Is it broken?

It is not designed to open the awning, you need to do that manually with the remote. This is a sensor to roll up the awning when it rains.
