Are these tccc rated?

To my understanding they do not have the tccc rating yet. The last I checked there are a few companies that produce these style of tourniquet that are having copyright or other legal issues with C.A.T.s manufacturer and could not apply for the rating. I have used these and can't tell a difference other than the grip hole in the loop and the metal windlass over the plastic C.A.T has . Hope that answers the question.

Whats the difference between gen 3 and gen 4?

The Gen 3 has a composite only windlass locking mechanism while the Gen 4 has a metal insert under the composite in the locking mechanism for more strength. I believe that is the only/biggest difference.
