Without this the door would swing out - now that it’s installed the door stays inline and makes it super easy to close

My contractor wanted me to buy this one in replacement of the one that the door manufacturer provided as standard accessory. It works well and it’s sturdy but it’s pretty big and ugly. I was going to replace it but I no longer notice it as my steamer is in front of the door and hiding it. But if you think of placing in a living room or dining room, make sure you have a clear picture of the measurements

This guide was easy to install and works great for my barn door.

Badly engineered and very difficult to get a screw driver in such a tight spot to attach to the wall. The are heavy and you’ll get cut handling these. Wear gloves the metal isn’t smooth. I ended up buying different hardware and didn’t use this product

Nice and adjustable for custom installs.

Works great. Easy to install. Love that you can adjust the gap. Because we had to put an additional piece of wood at the top to drill into the beams for the barn door. So great idea having the adjustable wheels. Only downfall, need to put some white felt on the roller, to keep it quiet and keep it from scraping off the white paint. Other than that. Love it

Nice item very sturdy made well. Use it for barn doors in master bedroom. Would definitely buy it again
