Great company to do business with.
When I first installed this PS, I heard sounds not dissimilar to a 'coffee maker'. I was under the impression it was my old SATA drive, which had a reputation for being loud.I ended upgrading my drive to a NVMe and noted that the sound continued. After some troubleshooting I found it to be the power supply. My wife has another Apevia model PS and it makes zero noise so I found it odd that this one should.I contacted the company via phone and was directed to email them with photos. They have a bandwidth limitation so I had to send several separate emails to give all the information but once it was done the RMA was quick. My new PS makes nearly no noise and supports all the components in my mid-range gaming rig with no problems. My score on noise level is a 4/5 because there is room for improvement on the PS's setup. It does not exceed my expectations, but meets them.It is very easy to install being modular and taking the larger case screws one can tighten with no tools, so it gets 5/5 stars. The light does not turn off, and it is mono-directional. It would have been nice to have some clear components allowing for the light to go inside the PC, instead of simply illuminating the bottom of the machine. It also would have been nice to have software or a physical access to turn the LED on/off. Furthermore, RGB would have been even better.Regardless, for the money it's a great PS. I'll be ordering from this company again.

I ordered this because the higher-end ones I ordered elsewhere was delayed and I wasn't about to wait on finishing my build. I am very impressed with it because of how little it cost, it's very heavy duty and solid. Very quiet.

Died after 3 months of use
If you're looking for a good wattage power supply don't go cheap. I ended up wasting money on something that isn't even 80+ bronze certified. Make sure you look for bronze, silver, or gold certifications.

Works and is semi modular!
Needed an inexpensive workbench power supply. This fits the bill and works great. Power supply testers are a joke, this tells you what's really going on!

BUY ANY BRAND EXCEPT APEVIA
What a crappy power supply company. EVERY POWER SUPPLY I BUY FROM THEM IS EITHER DEAD ON ARRIVAL OR DIES WITHIN A COUPLE WEEKS OF NORMAL USE. STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX THIS POWER SUPPLY WOULDN'T EVEN TURN ON
