China Mist Blackberry Jasmine Bulk Loose Iced Green Tea - 24 Ct

All of the China Mist teas are very good, but this one is the best. I buy the bulk 24-ct about twice a year or so along with the variety pack. This makes for a good mix. I always have two pitchers chilled in the fridge. As other reviewers have noted, this tea is very, very fine. Expect a bit of tea dust at the bottom of your pitcher. I use the following brewing basket:  Finum Brewing Large Basket, Black . I have tried at least 10 different ones and this one seems to work the best for very fine teas.I also use this type of pitcher:  Takeya Airtight Drink Maker Pitcher / Jug, Set of Two  I brew the tea right in the pitcher. It handles the high temp water just fine. It can go from brewed to right in the fridge. Many glass pitchers can't do this. These are made with "Arca glass" but they are not truly glass pitchers. The large Finum Brewing Basket fits perfectly in the top of these pitchers.These two products make brewing and storing China Mist tea a much more enjoyable experience. I use about 1/3 of a packet to brew one pitcher. I have tried using a quarter of a packet, but I like it a bit stronger. Your taste may vary. Note that there are different sizes of Takeya pitchers. I would also say that you should check prices at big box wholesale stores as they occasionally the item in stock at a much lower price than Amazon.I have been using China Mist tea for over a year and I just really love it. I also like some of the Coffee Beans direct teas (for example Earl Gray), but this one is my favorite of all of them. You can't go wrong with this one.

I've been buying this Blackberry Jasmine Iced Green Tea several times a year for many years. The taste is so unique. I have a Mr. Coffee Ice Tea maker, and I make batches of this tea, and I drink it all year long. My apologies to the seller, because my latest supply came just after Hurricane Sandy hit our area. A neighbor noticed the package outside and took it in for safekeeping. I gave the seller a low rating because I thought my package was way overdue to be delivered. After I found out why I didn't receive my order on time, I contacted the seller to correct my mistake. So, 5 stars for this tea, and 5 stars for China Mist!

I found the China Mist Blackberry Jasmine tea in a local restaurant. I bought the tea bags, which worked well. But then I saw this loose tea option. One note... it is more like a fine powder, so you really need to use it with a filter, and it recommends 3 quarts of water per bag. I ended up buying a Mr. Coffee Iced Tea maker, not very expensive and cheaply made, but is sized right for this tea and uses regular coffee filters. My whole family is now drinking tea because they like this so much.

This is quite possibly my very favorite iced tea ever. It has a sweetness to it without being at all sweet. It is so nice and mellow and delicious. Just be aware that in this 24ct package little packets of loose tea that make 3 qts of iced tea each, not large iced tea bags, so you will need an iced tea maker to utilize them. (You probably already realized this. I'm fairly certain that I'm just too blonde to have gotten that from the description!) But it is soooo good. If you are wanting the iced tea bags, get the smaller boxes of this. You really can't go wrong either way.

I give the tea 5 stars. It tastes like summertime! I first tasted it at Liquid Planet and then searched for it online. Found it through Amazon. My only complaint is that I paid for 24 packets of tea and there were about 8 or 9 packets opened and spilled out into the delivery box. The pakets were obviously not sealed completely (they didn't appear to be tampered with). What a loss (of tea and money). For that reason...don't know if I'll order any more or just keep buying it by the glass at Liquid Planet. :-(

I was a dedicated fan of this tea when I stumbled upon it at PF Chang's so I had to purchase it when I came across it on Amazon. Unfortunately, this tea is ground so very fine that even with an ice tea maker specifically purchased for this I end up with sediment and murky tea. A little dissapointing but I still love the flavor.

IF you have had Blackberry Jasmine tea from P.F. Changs, then you have had this tea. It is a great light bodied green tea with a smooth full flavor. I've been able to get a gallon out of each tea bag. I bought a mesh coffee filter from Walmart to place inside my coffe maker to brew this tea. Paper coffee filters will not work well because the packet of tea is so thick I kept getting tea leaves in the pot!

I was looking for something campariable to PF chang's Blackberry green tea and this taste pretty close. the only bad thing is it tells you not to refrigerate it and so you have to drink the pitcher pretty fast. within 6-8 hours otherwise it taste like old tea.
