So far it is working great like that it is cordless

It does the job bar code and QR code scanner’s

I bought 2 scanners in October 2019 to use in our local grocery store. One stopped working in February 2020, the other stopped working in April 2020. I contacted support but they wanted videos emailed to them as proof that they were not working. I'm just going to try out a different brand of scanners to replace them.

RIP after 7 months.

We have been using a corded scanner for the past 5 years and I finally moved over to a cordless QR Code Reader. This has worked out significantly in my store for inventory and check out. We purchased 2 for both POS stations. Set up was breeze and I had them both up and working within minutes of unpacking them. Very user friendly.

I fixed loosing screw with some sponge It will push the light from top.I would suggest brand to put small sponge or make longer screws prevent losing light
