C.E.T. Oral Hygiene Kit for Dogs, Poultry flavor Toothpaste with Toothbrush

Can't speak for the toothbrush or the finger brush but the toothpaste is great! All of my cats like the toothpaste. I saw a trick to put a little paste on a treat to ease them into it, so that it at least get in their mouth. I think I've decided to just take my luck and not push the toothbrush onto them. I put a little bit on their greenies and it seems to work. One cat who wasn't taking to the paste, suddenly decided she only wanted her dental treats if they had the paste on it. One cat has teeth issues but since Ive got her on greenies and this paste, I feel like theres been huge improvement to her teeth and breath (on top of her annual cleaning). Another cat that tends to get some tartar build up, still has clear teeth and he didn't have a cleaning this year (per vet). I really think the poultry flavor was key cuz my cats LOVE chicken. The tube will also last quite a while so I think it's great for the price. will buy again

Does a great job of cleaning my dogs teeth. He seems to love the flavor over other brands I've tried. Nothing gets his teeth as white as this brand.

I bought this for my 2 month old Chihuahua to begin a tooth brushing routine with her. This toothpaste came with a finger brush, as well as a long toothbrush that has a small brush on one end and a larger brush on the other end. I will probably never use either the finger brush or the larger brush as my Chihuahua is small, but that's okay. I followed the suggestion of first showing my dog the toothbrush and letting her sniff it so that she could become familiar with it. I also followed the suggestion to place a small amount of the toothpaste on the tip of the finger to let her taste it, again so that she could become familiar with it. It is now day 5 of me brushing her teeth and at first she was a bit hesitant and combative, but as the days went on she became more accustomed to it making it easier to brush her teeth. This toothpaste is a little pricey, but it seems to be worth it as my dog has no problem with the taste and given my dog's small size, I believe that it will be a good long while before the toothpaste is finished. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality toothpaste and brushing tools for their dog.

I have tried 3 different toothpastes for my 3 dogs and not only is this the only one any of them will tolerate, but they seem to enjoy the flavor and try to lap it up while I brush their teeth. The teeth are visibly cleaner after brushing them. It has not done much for existing tartar buildup, but I don't think you can expect any at-home product to fix that.

First and foremost, I love all products included in this set. The option to use the normal brush VS the finger brush is a great accessibility tool for many people and their pets, plus it's all for a fair price. The dual toothbrush has sturdy bristles, but wettening them softens them to make for gentle brushing. Also, the tube of toothpaste is nearly the same size of human toothpaste (like Crest or Colgate for example), but even a drop goes a long way for my senior dog, so I expect it to last way longer than anticipated. Speaking of my dog, he doesn't react poorly to the formula of the toothpaste, which is a huge green flag, and the smell is pleasant. The toothpaste works beautifully to eliminate his stinky breath, and it works fast. I've only used it a few times so far, but I think there's a good chance of it cleaning his teeth thoroughly and preventing build-up. I'm hopeful with this one!!

This is my second purchase so I am very satisfied. My dog loves the taste.

This is VOHC certified, so I bought it for my cats. However, two of them hate the poultry flavor, and the other one thinks it’s fine in a pinch if I’m really not going to give him Churu. The bristles seem a bit stiff for a cat mouth, and the bigger side is obviously way too big for a cat. I’m just trying to slowly acclimate them to brushing teeth right now, so I’m using the small side of the toothbrush for one of my cats and got children’s toothbrushes from Publix for the other two cats. Honestly, the children’s toothbrushes seem a little bit better. The bristles are just the tiniest bit softer and the shape is small enough for their mouths. I successfully got one of my cats chewing on the bristles of the kids toothbrush after one session, but I had to put a little bit of Churu onto it to encourage her because she had no interest in the poultry-flavored toothpaste. However, my dog thought the toothpaste was great, and the big side of the toothbrush was perfect for him. He did excellent with brushing teeth for his first time. Could be fine for a dog, but probably wouldn’t go for this for a cat.

I mean I guess it’s working - I brush my pups teeth every other day and he seems to enjoy the taste of this paste. I got him used to it by giving him tiny bit to lick off my finger before using finger brush. But he’s a mini wiener so finger brush was a bit too big. To my surprise he didn’t mind the brush at all. Start slowly if it’s your first time and let your dog get used to the taste little by little, I make a game out of it.

Buen producto, no es desagradable para mí perrito. Y el cepillo pequeño, es una buena opción.

My cat loves trying to eat the (chicken flavoured 🤢 😂) toothpaste! The fact he likes the taste definitely helps in the trickier aspect of getting the toothbrush in his mouth...

I was not expecting much from this product, but after brushing my cat’s teeth with it I noticed her breath improved almost immediately. Over time I also saw less tartar and plaque buildup on her teeth. She even seemed a little happier and more comfortable, though that might just be me imagining it. It does take some patience to get a cat used to the brushing process, but the fact that the toothpaste is flavored helps a lot since she actually seems to enjoy the taste. Overall, it turned out to be far more effective than I expected and has made a noticeable difference in my cat’s dental health.
