Can you break them in half please? I sometimes overreact to meds so would like to be able to initially.

You can not really break them in half But just 1 would be sufficient.Take Nurofen 200 mg instead If these are too strong.

How long do they last

Depends on the severity of the migraine, if you catch it early then lysine clears it, if you leave it too long and the migraine takes hold these wouldn't help then
