Nutrisystem works!
I love all of the Nutrisystem breakfasts, snacks and desserts. Especially the frozen ones, but if you don't want to join to get the frozen ones, the cookies and the chocolate covered pretzels are really good. No they are not like non diet snacks. The reason why Nutrisystem works and people lose weight on it is because every meal and every snack has 7 to 10 g of protein. The protein keeps you feeling strong and full and stops the cravings, mostly. I love the chocolate-covered pretzels and the other snacks. Wish I could find the cakes on Amazon! They are small but they are yummy!
