Love these vitamins, specially since I had baratric surgery. I feel like it is what kept me from loosing all my hair. I take it daily and with iron. It doesnt upset my stomach. Easy to swallow and tastes good. Easy to digest. Would totally recommend

**UPDATE 07/11/2025** I wanted to update my review and rating from 1 star to 5 stars. After some research, I discovered that Bariatric Pal has started putting a peppermint scented tab inside to reduce that vitamin smell inside the bottle and it works. I use a pill organizer to keep my supplements organized so I can easily tell if I remembered to take them. After sitting in the pill organizer overnight, the peppermint smell was gone and so was that typical vitamin smell. They literally have no smell which is awesome. Also, Bariatric Pal says you can continue to use the peppermint tab to freshen other things like closets, shoes, or anything that could use it after you run out of vitamins. The vitamins themselves are still the same, great capsules and ingredients we know and have worked so well. It’s a win win. If the peppermint smell or taste bother you, just put your vitamins in a sorter or pull one out a few hours before you plan to take it so it can “air out.” **Original Review** I’ve been taking these vitamins since September 2024 and have always thought they were great. My bloodwork has always been good since I started taking these. They have always been unflavored but I just opened my most recent order and lo and behold a very, very strong peppermint flavor has been added. It’s almost like someone accidentally poured peppermint oil into something along the line that these are produced on so now they’re very off putting because you burp up peppermint. I never had an issue with vitamin or iron burps with this brand which is why I’ve been using it over others, but now I can’t take these with my protein shakes in the mornings like I’ve always done because they cause my shake to taste bad due to the peppermint lingering in your mouth. If you’re allergic to peppermint, you should consider another vitamin because these don’t even list anything on their ingredients that indicate that anything peppermint related has been added.

These vitamins are great. When I get out of them, I can definitely tell the difference. Does what it's supposed to do! I use the chewable and the capsules; both digest well.

These vitamins are great for supplementing vitamins lost due to bariatric surgery whether it's a gastric sleeve or a gastric bypass. I have been taking these guys for 3 years. Once daily. No need to buy each vitamins separately and take them up to three times daily. This vitamin covers all except calcium supplement.

I LOVE these vitamins! I had the gastric sleeve done in September 2025, and I was worried about buying vitamins since they’re so expensive. But these are very affordable and easy to take every morning. The taste is kind of weird but so is every other pill/capsule. I definitely recommend eating something with these as I got a bit nauseous but other than that, they’re great! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My previous bariatric multivitamin was making me nauseous and heave after taking it. I did a lot of trial and error to figure it out. I have had no issues with this one. No funky taste or weird burps. Great value for the price. Definitely will order again.

I cant do the peppermint smell/taste anymore. I wish you could get these without the peppermint thing in there. It doesn't help with the vitamin smell/taste anyways, just makes it worse. I cant stomach it anymore. Other than that, the size is fine and is easy to swallow.

These multivitamins were prescribed by my bariatric surgeon. We had long discussions about options and whether other brands might be suitable to provide the nutrition and supplements that I need. Turns out the doc knew what he was talking about! These vitamins have provided excellent support for me over a period of several years. Sourcing them other then through Amazon was very difficult. The subscription service ensures that I never run out and I get them at the best price available. This is particularly important to me as I am retired and have limited funds. You know the time that I've been purchasing these multivitamins I only had one hiccup from a supplier. There was a second supplier to whom I switched without an increase in price and have been satisfied ever since.
