It's the wife's favorite flour for making Steamed Bun!
My wife is an excellent cook, she even does it professionally... But also as a hobby and for family and friends and this is her go to flour for Steamed Bun.It has a very light flavor that stays fluffy when steamed and does not get doughy, at least the way she makes it.It's a wonder that I don't weigh 3 times more than I do with cooking this good.

Wife heard this from a friend's friend's friend's friends... ...and it's good cooking product.
Bao or buns skins (google search you get Baozi, ๅ ๅญ) are of outer wrappings of typical Chinese dim sum, meat buns, of soft flour unflavored tasting. Not sure what's the extreme special about this brand but apparently it's loved in the Chinese kitchen. Wife made some bao over the weekend and they did turn out pretty good. Wife used up about 1/3 flour from this bag and made about 10 medium size buns; so this one bag can possibly make 30 buns depending on the planned size of your bao-buns-baozi... I still think it's a bit pricey for a bag of flour, but hey, i was served a bao while kicking back in the evening watching TV so i can't complain. Happy cooking!

Disappointed!
Cancer causing?!!! Bags had slits on them and flour were spilled out into the shipped packages. So disappointed! Will not buy again.
