Zero support from the company B&D
Product is meant for US Canada only. Blew it in the first attempt. Never used this it. Now I need to get a step down for this product, which is more expensive than the product itself. Never buy this brand, no support from the company even!

No customer support in India
There is no customer support from Black and Decker in India. I wanted to replace a damaged spare part. Tried calling the number several times that was given in the manual but the agents never replied.

Worst and duplicate product
Since the day it has come,it is not working.i feel cheated.Even brand name is not endorsed on the product as given in the above pic. They hv just put the removable sticker. This product is duplicate.Plz don't buy

Useful
This is one of my most valued items in my kitchen. I cannot say enough good about it. From chopping onions to mixing salad dressings, it works for everything. One of the nicest things about it is that it is so easy to use and clean. I can chop an onion and have the chopper cleaned and back on the counter within two minutes. Awesome little chopper. Could not live without it.
