My bird loves it, safe foraging fun and entertainment
This is a great simple foraging toy for parrots. The parts are all safe, my bird enjoys chewing on the colorful beads and foraging for snacks inside. The size is probably best for African greys and Amazon sized birds, because they can still reach their head in part way. Based on the photo I thought it might be a bit too small, but it's just the right scale for medium sized parrots. It would be excellent for conure sized parrots as well. The plastic rings that act as "doors" for the pipe section will probably be the first thing to get chewed off, but they're not so flimsy that they could be removed immediately unless your bird is very determined. But this item is pretty cheap for bird toys and it has been 100% worth the price as my bird loves it, and when he eventually breaks it, I'll be ordering another one. It's great to make them think and forage to get their snacks, especially since that is a lot of what they would be doing in the wild. If you buy it, give it a good wash and rinse before installing. I highly reccomend this toy as a parrot owner of 10+ years.

Nicely made
Nicely made - no sharp edges to cut your birds. Easy to hand wash. My birds liked this, I put their pellets inside and the end “circle” pieces kept falling back in place closing the opening…so it posed a challenge for them!

Nice for a conure
This is nice size for a conure. Very well built. Initially mine was terrified of the toy, even though he is not scared of anything else. From the moment he set his eyes on this toy he could not be anywhere near it. He would fling himself off of whatever he was perched on in fear when presented with this toy. After a few days of me setting it on a table outside his cage and playing with it in my hands he realized it was not a danger. Once he realized there was food in it though, it became a favorite toy.

Finally, a foraging toy my Eclectus hasn't destroyed in a matter of hours.
I'm a first time parrot owner and definitely not an expert on the subject, but one thing every website says about keeping a parrot happy and healthy is having some sort of device that stimulates their foraging instincts. I've tried several foraging toys in the past, but my Eclectus parrot has chewed through them to get to the goodies inside and within hours they were a dismantled mess laying on the floor of her cage. This toy is simply a PVC elbow with a few colorful plastic beads on a sturdy chain that hangs from the top of the cage. I place it slightly out of reach of a perch in the cage so my parrot has to reach for it, and the way it's designed it spins around when poked, so my parrot has to figure out a way to keep it from spinning while trying to get the goodies inside. One side is open, and the other side has a plastic cover so after the easy pickins from the open side are gone she has to figure out how to hold open the plastic cover and keep it from spinning around to get the rest of the goodies from the other side. I put dried fruit, almonds and sunflower seeds in it (never her regular food or fresh fruit) and she'll spend hours figuring out how to hold the cover open, keep it from spinning around and hanging on a perch to get to the treats. She's smart, so I move it around the cage once in a while to stimulate her into coming up with a new strategy to get the goodies inside.

I wouldn’t give it to a bird any bigger than a conure. Bigger beaks can trash it in seconds.
My medium size parrot destroyed it in about five minutes. Ripped the lids off to get the goodies out, so that was the end of that. Product needs better “lids” if you expected to hold up for more than one use. It might be fine for a cockatiel or a budgie, maybe a conure, but not for an alexandrine.

My cockatoo loves it!
I've been looking for new toys for my cockatoo to get some energy out with and this is literally perfect. It took her a sec to figure it out but once she did, she was obsessed. It's a perfect mix of challenging and rewarding :)

Sturdy and Rats love it
It's really sturdy, with a heavy duty chain and clip. It's easy to clean. My rats love getting their food out of it and I love that it resets itself so it's not a one and done sort of puzzle, they can use it all day without me needing to set anything back up.
