A surprisingly handy tool for the price.
Used to remove nails from old boards in a shed ramp I rebuilt. Right out of the box it worked just as it should. Nearly every nail came out easily. The only exceptions were nails that were very bent and couldn't be straightened enough or were embedded in wood that had gotten very wet. But, even in those instances it pushed the nail through enough so I could easily remove it with a hammer, or in one case just yanking it out with my fingers. These were ribbed nails that had previously been set with a nail gun. A few required a couple of pings. All in all, this tool saved me a lot of time and effort. Well worth the money.

Probably the most useful tool I have ever purchased
Every tool has its designed use, and this one has a very narrow range of application. But for that application, it is fantastic. I had a wooden deck, whereby I was removing rotten joist while keeping the top boards in place. Once I cut out the joist. I was left with hundreds and hundreds of 3 inch nails sticking down through the deck boards. Initially, I used a hammer and laid on my back and tried to pound them out which worked but was frustrating and painful and tedious and horrible and required me to go on top and pull all the nails I had tapped up right. I got this tool and from underneath all I had to do was insert the tool around the nail and pull the trigger and the nail flew anywhere from 20 feet upwards to 60 feet in the air. Zero effort, instant gratification. It removed all of the nails I ever wanted in truly a fraction of the time and effort. If thatโs what you need to use it for, it is nothing but amazing.

Amazing Quality for the Price
Amazing little Pneumatic nail puncher. Use it regularly to remove old, bent up, rusty nails out of pallets. Hasn't let me down yet. Had it for well over 2 years.

A true labor saver
Seems well made, feels very solid; absolutely does what it was designed for. Taking apart pallets for free wood seems like such a good idea, but the labor involved is prohibitive. This pops the nails out quickly and entirely. In the video it shows me pulling some nails out with my fingers after the fact - but that was really the exception and no big deal if it was the rule. The barrel of this thing fits around any nail size I encountered; it pushes slightly through the wood (1'4"? don't quote me..) and mostly just drops the nail entirely. Note from the video that I'm punching the nails out over a trash barrel - bonus! Between this tool and the "Vestil SKB-DLX Deluxe Steel Pallet Buster with Handle, 41",blue", I dismantled more than a dozen pallets in a few hours. i cannot speak to its durability, as I've only used it for one day but it seems pretty solid.

NuMax SPNNR Pneumatic 9-Gauge to 14-Gauge Punch Nailer/Nail Remover
For overall price and value this is probably a five star you get what you pay for. It is a decent quality. Overall size and weight is good that it comfortable to use for several hours. Where it loses a star is functionality and ease of removal. It will occasionally fail to move a nail and other times it will shoot a nail clear across the shop. It seems to be very sensitive to PSI and 1 to 2 lbs difference will drastically reduce performance.

Great tool
Iโm really impressed with this pneumatic nail remover/punch! Itโs compact and lightweight, yet it feels incredibly solid and well-builtโdefinitely high-quality. One of the best things is how efficient it is; it doesnโt use much air at all. I was able to run it perfectly with just a small 5-gallon compressor, which is a huge plus for anyone who doesnโt want to lug around a big setup. This tool pairs perfectly with a small compressor and makes removing nails quick and effortless. Highly recommend for both DIYers and pros looking for a reliable, easy-to-use tool!

A must have for freecycling wood.
Never knew this type of air tool existed but man, I'm glad it does. The tool's quality feels much higher than its price. I was able to knock a lot of glue coated ring shank nails out of one by pallet wood pretty quickly. I used the tool at about 110 psi and a few nails didn't get fully ejected but they were easy to pull out the rest of the way by hand. I haven't tried any two by material yet so can't speak to its effectiveness on driving nails though heavier wood. Another thing, not only can you save wood, but you can also save and reuse the straighter nails if you want. Wish I had bought one long ago.

Very reliable tool
I used this for months now and it's never missed a beat. Be careful how much pressure you use it belts out the nails like a rocket

So much easier than manually pulling out nails - but also scary
I don't really have any issues with this product, other than that I wish I had realised my (rubbish) air compressor maxes out at 116psi, while this thing suggests 115psi as max, and to adjust downwards/upwards as needed - which is something I can't do on my (rubbish) air compressor. It's made short work of removing nails from pulled apart pallets, and has been mixed at removing staples too - but they're not really what this thing is designed for, so I'm not knocking it for that. It's also scary - but perhaps that's just me, and not having all that many air tools. That piston doesn't half make a big noise :)
