I’ve been using this product for a several days now and must say that it’s quite amazing. I can’t believe how much dust this picked up from my bed in just a few minutes of use. It has a large clear dustbin and you can see the dust being sucked out of the bed. It has some weight to it, but feels very sturdy and glides right over the sheets like an iron without sucking in the sheets. You can just feel the suction power. I bought this because my son has allergies and dermatitis and tends to shed a lot of skin when he scratches, especially at night, but I think this product really is for everyone even if you don’t have allergies. I used it on my bed and it picked up just as much dust (skin flakes??). The sheets feel soft and clean after each use. We all vacuum our floors for dust, but if you think about it, our beds are full of dust and disgusting dust mites, but never vacuumed. Not sure if the UV light does anything, but I’m believing it does sanitize to some extent. There’s also a detachable vacuum hose that’s great for the nightstand and lamps. Very pleasantly satisfied with this and highly recommend it for anyone. We now definitely sleep more soundly and with more peace of mind knowing there are no more bed bugs!

This tiny vacuum is amazing! I couldn’t believe the “stuff” it yanked out of my mattress the first time I used it! I wash my sheets every week and thought everything was pretty clean under the sheets, but the dust that came out was unbelievable. I still use it every couple weeks and even do my carpets in the areas where my dogs lay down. I vacuum my couch too. AMAZING! It’s a little klunky to use and a little heavy but performance outweighs all that. And it’s EASY to clean too.

Not super power suction, but OK,and did notice it picked up dust from the mattress. I don't think the UV light function really does anything because you don't expose the mattress to it for that long-just while vacuuming.It did overheat once while using it on a king sized mattress so you have to be careful to let it cool down periodically. Once cool it worked again just fine.

The vacuum performs very well, and I was happy with it initially. However, after a year or two of use, the HEPA filter needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not appear to offer replacement filters, and I have searched extensively and cannot find the correct filter anywhere. My filter is now clogged beyond gentle cleaning, and the suction has decreased significantly, making an otherwise perfectly good vacuum essentially unusable. For a machine at this price, replacement HEPA filters should be readily available.I would be very happy to update my review if the manufacturer can provide a replacement filter or tell me where I can purchase one.

easy to set up and easy to clean. Only used it once so far, but impressed with the amount of dust it removed from bedding and furniture.

I use this weekly on my mattress, pillows etc. The first time I used it on my decorative couch pillows it sucked a frightening amount of dust/dirt etc. out of them! No smell when using it due to the HEPA filtration system. It's kind of heavy and my arm gets a little tired after using it for a bit but I've discovered that supporting the back/dust cup while cleaning with it (i.e. using both hands instead of holding with just one) makes the process easier.Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased the Ultramite because I’m allergic to dust mites but hate taking medication to treat it. I used to wash my bedding constantly, but never had a way to make sure my mattress and furniture were clean, too. The Ultramite is amazing because it’s easy to use and allows me to clean my entire apartment quickly. So far I’ve used it on my mattress, bedding and couch and can already tell a HUGE difference in my allergies. The extendable hose is awesome because I can make sure even the crevices in my couch are clean. Love an apartment that feels clean!

My purpose was using this machine to clear dust and potential mites on my mattress since it’s allege season.However, what I received is a dirty used machine. The dust bin was filled with dirt and white ash. The machine body, even the plastic cover of the machine are all buried with the smelly ash. Which seems like being used for years...I was too busy to complain and wait for another machine. I had to clean the dust cabin myself and consumed a filter I ordered separately before my first attempt to use. It takes me hours to clean the hose pipe, the surface of rolling brush and the those reachable area.I do admit that this machine works well when I used it and the sound convinced it’s powerful. But this situation above left me with unexpected ash-hazards... my original purpose was to clean the mattress and relieve my allergies, now I could hardly use it on my mattress....I’m posting this review with low points to report the issue I met. There’s something wrong with your logistics system. One of your customer received a used uncleared product with smelly unknown hazard ash filled the dust bin and the box. This is not correct!!!!!Please do something to eliminate similar situation. Otherwise, your business would be ruined. I’m not saying your product is not good, but you need to resolve the “receiving used dirty product” problem and I’m not happy now. Not at all!!!!!!

I tried using it on my mattress and it just overheats after 20 seconds and stops

It needs converter from 220 volt to 120 which is not provided by the company and the importer by Cart2 Globe nor informed and got blasted on plugging on the first timeNo replacement nor any refund nor any service provided by the importer
