By far, the best gel for dry mouth. It is very effective for post-radiation side effects.

I bought this for a friend and she found it to be of no value for her dry mouth. It had no enzymes, also.

I have tried multiple dry mouth remidies with no luck. Even with this brand, the spray or oral swish only works for hour or so. But this gel works well and will relieve dry mouth for 4 to 6 hours. Flavor is not bad, not great, but not bad

Being on long term medication which causes dryness, not only in the mouth, I rely on the Moisturizing Gel especially during thee night and also during the day when it is not convenient to drink eg a concert or lecture. It doesn't remove the cause but it definitely helps to get round it and keeps the dental hygenist happy as an excessive dry mouth causes dental problems
