Question 1

What are the "Natural Flavors"?

Accepted Answer

Hello – TOTW here! Natural flavoring is an ingredient added for enhanced palatability and an extra-tasty meaty flavor in your pet's food. It's made from hydrolyzed chicken, which means that the protein is broken down into small particles that are less likely to be recognized by the immune system in a pet with food allergies. Additionally, it does not contain MSG. If we can answer any additional questions, please contact us by submitting an inquiry at https://www.tasteofthewildpetfood.com/contact-us/.

Question 2

I just got a healthy, happy, female dobie puppy. do i feed her 1 or 2 cup's of taste of the wild puppy food twice a day?? i really appreciate your i

Accepted Answer

I don't know when this question was submitted, so hope it isn't so old it's no longer relevant. I would first advise you ask your breeder, but, if you can't do that for some reason, I can tell you that we have an English Mastiff, which is quite a bit larger than a dobie (she is 180 lbs), but she is older and not active at all any more, so she doesn't eat much. We feed her about 1 1/4 cups twice a day, in addition to the 1/4 cup or so of sweet potato we put her meds in. I can't remember what we fed her as a puppy, but I think about 1 1/2 cups twice a day, plus some vitamin supplements recommended by our breeder. Hope this helps!

Question 4
