BW is dishonest and will not honor a return. BUY FROM ANOTHER MANUFACTURER.
Product was advertised as a twin size, 39" x 75", the actual size is much smaller 29" x 75". When I tried to return to BW they refused to take it back.

We loved the ottoman at first site
We loved the ottoman at first site. The arrival- on time. The cover- beautiful burgundy. Its use-simple and efficient. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks of use, part of the metal frame that supports the cot, broke! Now we are VERY frustrated with what we thought had been a good purchase for our family's needs!We are now looking into what needs to be done in order to get a replacement. I'd like to think this is a fluke and that when we get this taken care of, that we will be happy for years to come. We shall see! More reviews to come!

No one knows I have a twin size bed.
I love the ottoman. It was a quick set up and it's comfy. I got it for when my grandson come over he is 2 yrs old n the regular twin size bed sheets fit. When it's close I just place it in a corner n decorate it with his toys or picture. I was surprise bcz I order it on a sun n it arrive tues that same week.

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!
It is comfy, soft and just right for a good nights sleep. Not a great idea for those that like to sprawl out while sleeping, but just enough space to stretch out a little, roll over and get comfy. I am ordering another one. My two daughters like to have sleep overs and I like having the nice foot stool at the end of my sofa...win, win!

We had used an air mattress for a long time and found that the older we both got it was not comfortable for either one of us
This was one of the smartest purchases I have ever made. I bought it so when my son comes to visit me in my apartment - he has a place to sleep - other than the floor, or the couch. We had used an air mattress for a long time and found that the older we both got it was not comfortable for either one of us. I would sometimes let him sleep in my bed and I would take the matters - but now he has this to sleep on and reports that is just fine! When he is not visiting it serves as a comfortable ottoman for me! A great invention!

Best guest bed I've found!!
This SO deserves a review. This Ottoman Bed with Cover is FANTASTIC. Extremely comfortable and so easy to set up. When not in use, it sits in front of our couch in the living room with a wooden tray on top for TV controllers and drinks. Perfect for company!!

Worked perfectly
Got this as a last minute guest bed for my sister in law. Easy set-up, perfect size. Gave it only 4 stars because like other reviews stated it is very firm, we doubled a quilt under the sheet for added cushion. Will try a cot size foam mattress to see how that works, (a twin size would be to big), all in all very happy with this purchase.

Frame Issues
I thought the Ottoman Bed would solve an issue with young overnighters. I was told the bed was quite comfortable and my grandson loved it. I have had the Ottoman Bed since late May 2012. This morning the wire frame holding the pillows (pads) broke away from the frame work. Now, what do I do about this issue. The Ottoman Bed is now useless. Does anyone have a solution for fixing?
