Impossibles Puzzles - Butterfly Kisses

Was a Christmas present from kids to their Mother.

This puzzle is just irritating. There is nothing in this puzzle of the types of things I build puzzles for. I like being able to figure out what sector of a puzzle a piece might fit into, but this picture has no rhyme or reason. As fas as I can tell, the creators just took several butterfly pictures, several daisy pictures, and a flat sky picture and then went to town in Photoshop. The daisies and butterflies are clapped on in various sizes in a haphazard fashion, creating an ugly mishmash rather than a cohesive picture. Don't get me wrong - I enjoy a challenging puzzle. This total randomness is not it. Who cares if there are 5 extra pieces? There are always a couple pieces that don't make sense until you get near the end of the puzzle. And why have an edge if your picture isn't going to make any sense anyway? I build puzzles to bring order out of chaos and to have a picture form before my eyes and to relax. This puzzle is just irritating in the uniformity of the images and the lack of a pretty picture. I actually scraped it back in the box and went to pay bills. That is the level of non-enjoyment this puzzle imparted. Worst present I got this Christmas, hands down.

gave this to my mom as a gift and she has been working on this puzzle for 7 months now. She gets so frustrated because so many pieces look like they fit together, and then when you put them together they do not. But this means that when she finally gets 1 it is exciting. If she doesn't finish in a year she is giving up. But she got my moneys worth out of it that is for sure!

This was just the puzzle I needed to challenge my mom. She loves working on puzzles but I have come to learn that some puzzles are just too easy for her with easy to point out features. The extra pieces and similar features and patterns turned this puzzle into a 6 month project. This is a must for puzzle enthusiasts.

So evil. If you ever have a girlfriend who really likes you to stay in and do puzzles with her on a party night just buy her this once, she'll get so frustrated she'll denounce puzzles forever and go get a beer. You can't put a price on that.

My grandma is a puzzle fanatic. She can do a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle in a matter of hours, this one took her 3 months! The finished product, for my grandma, was worth the snails-pace and frustration. She has yet to take it apart. :)

I love the impossible pUzzles they are so awesome. this one came very quickly and I was able to put it together in a couple of weeks. I love these because they have no border which makes them really challenging and I love that

This puzzle is wonderful! Very challenging because there are no edges, five extra pieces, and the butterflies can face any direction. Great for anyone who is looking for a puzzle that will keep them pretty busy for a pretty long time!
