Perfect size and light quality!
I could not find this wattage at all in local stores; and I much prefer the soft light to the blue-ish kind. These bulbs perfectly match the ones that were already in my apartment when I moved in. Just what I wanted!!

Undetectable high quality
My wife is absolutely convinced that compact fluorescent lights are terribly cold and ugly, so she refuses to use them.I've surreptitiously replaced the bulbs in all our ceiling-mounted light fixtures and she hasn't noticed! Maybe she'll get suspicious when we don't have to schlep up the ladder to change bulbs....

Work well, not mercury free.
These work well. Haven't had them long enough to know the maximum time they work for.They were packaged very well protected.There is a bit of a yellow tint to them, not pure white, but very bright.These are not mercury free.

Versability
I I found a new use for these bulbs. My bulbs on the vent over the gas surface unit kept blowing often and I changed to these type 60 watt bulb and have not had a blown bulb in over 3 months and still counting !
