I received my 6 pc coffee mug set today, and upon opening they are perfect! Slightly oversized mugs, very nice trendy finish and the colors are rich. The photos don't do them justice. I also ordered a companion item-- a countertop mug tree/holder. Looking forward to getting this set up on my countertop and enjoying many great hot beverages. I highly recommend! Definitely a wonderful value for the retail price.

Update: I contacted the company and they replied quickly and sent two free replacement mugs for the ones that broke. They arrived quickly. Very professional costumer service. Like these mugs 😍 Original review: I wanted large mugs for tea, and these are the perfect size and so cute! Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Just what I was looking for! The set also makes the perfect gift for someone. UPDATE: I've been out of the country for the last year, so really these mugs have gotten the equivalent of a couple months of use. I poured hot water in and one of them just cracked right away from the hot water (the other identical mug didn't). Now 2 of the 6 have broken this way. Very surprised when that happened since they've survived dishwashing with no issues.

Just got these in the mail and I'm so excited nothing is broken! They are really cute looking and the price was awesome! Decent size cup, exactly the size I was looking for. The ONLY thing that makes me nervous is the skinny handles, in a house with kids and a lot if use only time will tell. Oh yeah um they also come with a 30 day warranty! Sweet!

When I received these, 3 of 6 were broken. I had read reviews about their excellent customer service so I called them right away. Absolutely no problem. They immediately shipped me the 3 mug replacements (very well packaged this time). Love the mugs. They are pretty, seem to keep coffee hot longer than some of my other mugs, and also large enough that you could drink soup from them. Very happy with purchase!

Perfect set of nice coffee mugs. Theyre attractive, big, and one of the less expensive options I found. None have broken, and they've all gone through the dishwasher multiple times with no damage or color loss

These are beautiful mugs. BUT. They crack. About a year ago one of them cracked, and I was able to get a replacement because I had an extended warranty by having submitted a review on Amazon. But yesterday, that replacement cracked and the bottom blew out while I was pouring boiling water for tea. Thank god I didn’t get burned. My parents have mugs that are 20 years old, so I know I’m not being unreasonable in thinking that two year old mugs shouldn’t break. I don’t think it’s worth the risk to buy these.

A lot of people were saying that their mugs arrived broken. I can’t imagine what situation would have broken the mugs inside of the package I received. No joke, the box of mugs was inside of 4 other boxes and 2 layers of bubble wrap! They are beautiful and perfect. My only wish was that I could have had the option to get purple, turquoise, and white. I didn’t want the taupe, but now that it arrived, it really isn’t bad. There is even hint of purple in it.

These are worthless. First one broke right off the handle while washing it under warm water the first week of use. Another developed a spider web of cracks on the inside of the cup between the 2nd to 3rd week of use. A third one cracked right through the bottom, leaking tea all over my table as it was steeping. These didn't even make it a full three months, having paid over $20 for the set I expected them to at least outlive the mugs I got from the dollar store. Just to clarify, these were very gently used as I live alone and I'm careful with my things.

Fragile, breaks easily. Seller sent the cups in not one, but FOUR boxes. However one cup mysteriously came with the handle broken anyway. Not worth the effort of changing. Im sure theyll disintegrate in the near future anyway.

I have a lot of mugs but I use them mostly for tea, so they are normal size. When I started drinking coffee everyday, I wanted a mug that is bit bigger and came across this 6-piece set of Honeycomb mugs. When they arrived, I noticed the handle of one mug was offset at the top so the handle wasn't secured to the body of the mug. However, the other 5 mugs were in perfect condition. Included in the package was a card stating that if my order was not right in some way, to let them know. I sent an email to the company along with a picture of the mug that was not right and they got back to me right away. After sending them proof of purchase, I received a brand new mug within days and the colour I asked for. I am so impressed with the quality of the mugs but even more so with the great customer service I received from the company. I read reviews of these mugs prior to purchasing them that stated that they crack when hot water was poured into them, and this concerned me a bit since I like my coffee HOT. I put my freshly made coffee in the microwave for 30 seconds so it stays warm longer and didn't want to compromise the temperature of my coffee because of the mug. I use these mugs everyday and I have had no problem with them, they haven't cracked or chipped. They still look beautiful and they feel comfortable in my hand. I will buy from this company again!

Perfectas tasas para el café con muy buena capacidad y resistencia, solo hay que tener cuidado al lavarlas porque se vuelven un poco resbaladizas.
