Great product!
I’ve used Optilube products in my Ford Powerstroke since I’ve owned it (2016) .Never had an issue with the high pressure fuel pump. I believe based on my research that this product definitely helps protect the fuel system that the ultra low sulfur diesel fuel is so hard on.

Works very well
An excellent lubricity additive. I use it in my diesel Land Cruiser which has twin 20 gallon tanks. One 4oz application (one small bottle) in each tank is a no brainer and restores fully protective lubrication to the diesel we run nowadays. Pump bottle is great - one squirt is one ounce - 4 squirts per bottle. Easy peasy. Happy customer.

Opti-lube is the one!
Opti-Lube XPD tested very well in several independent test for lubricity and the XL product is mostly just a lubricity additive and water de-emulsifier so being a concerned Ford 6.7L owner, I use XL at the recommended higher mix rates to help try to ensure my HPFP does not grenade itself. Along with only buying diesel from high volume, quality fueling stations, keeping the tank mostly full, never letting it get below 1/4, draining a few ounces of fuel from my water separator weekly, (I also do 3 key on/off ycles afterwards to ensure the filter housing is full before starting truck as well) and changing both fuel filters at 15K intervals with Ford filters I feel I am doing my due dilligence to protect the HPFP. My truck is completely stock, emissions and all, I do not believe I have seen any gains in power, better mileage, etc. The only thing I do notice is a slightly different smell from the exhaust. Not an unpleasant smell, just different. 2011 F250.

Used to use a quart of 2 stroke per fill up for fuel lube
This stuff is good stuff. I used to use a quart of 2 stroke every fill up since new on a deleted 2012 cummins. She’s got 212k no issues yet on an original turbo and injectors. Just started using this stuff under recommendation from a serious master diesel mechanic. Quiets engine down for sure. Haven’t really noticed an improvement in fuel economy but I tow 20k every day so it really doesn’t matter. I everage 9mpg at 80mph (11mpg if I keep her at 65) And am always of the throttle.I’ll buy a gallon again and keep using. Cheaper than $4 a quart for 2 stroke

Easy to Use
The Opti-Lube XL diesel lubricant is great. I was so tired of going to auto parts store and buying individual bottles. With this large jug and the pump it has I can fill the small bottles they gave quickly & put them in door pocket of truck. Since I drive an older Duramax that was built before ULSD I want to make sure my fuel has enough lubrication.
