Two tablets give 500 mg of calcium or one tablet ?

Yes, I hate when companies do this . It is very misleading. Why not just market it as 250 mg ? (10mg D3, 5mg Zinc. and 40 mg Magnesium - etc)

What is expiration date on Kirkland Calcium Citrate?

It depends on when your bottle is produced. I bought mine in 2021 so my bottle's date is 08/23. If you get a bottle with a passed expiration date, you should send it back to Amazon.

Will this prevent constipation

No. The citrate form of calcium does not cause constipation. The carbonate form does.

How much elemental calcium in each tablet? no guesses or assumptions please.

I recently researched how to calculate the elemental calcium and found this: Take the % calcium shown on the bottle who’s is 38% for 2 tablets in this case (not the 500mg) and multiply it by 10. The result would be 380 mg elemental calcium.....not much!
