I used these trees for a dino-themed Volcano cake for my niece's birthday, and they held up perfectly.They're not necessarily heavy, but they're sturdy and - quite frankly - made very well. They're plastic, but they didn't have that chemical/plastic smell that I'm used to smelling from most plastic products from Amazon.These I'm sure would be great for other purposes, but they are perfect for cakes! The trees come in two to three varieties (just as pictured) and are very easy to clean to reuse.

A HUGE fan of the tv show "Insane Pools: Off the Deep End," my 7 y.o. granddaughter designed and made the cake you see. I simply made the cake on which her design sits. Palm trees play a really important part in her design, so I had to find some that were the correct gauge and couldn't believe my luck, when I found these. Plus....they didn't arrive all squished and bent out of shape!!! Amazing! They were the only non-edible items on the cake, but they really added the tropical touch my granddaughter wanted. The fronds were nice and airy looking, which provided a look of authenticity, which is hard to achieve in such a small item.

Love the variation in size.. looks realistic and cool on a cake scene:)

I purchased these to go on my son’s dinosaur cake and they are perfect for that use! They are pretty flimsy for regular play but we have also used them with kinetic sand and that has been great.

I used these palm trees as the background setting of a Lilo "smash cake " for my 2 year old great grand daughter's birthday. The thickness was fine, but the sturdiness was great. For the value, the pricing was wonderful. Let's not forget the shipping. Awesome experience.

I got these to decorate my son’s volcano birthday cake and thought he could play with them with his dinosaurs and sand after we used them on the cake…I thought wrong. They did well on the birthday cake and fit the look I needed. However, we gently washed them in dish soapy water and the tops of the trees started falling off and coming apart. They’re fine for decorating but not for multiple uses or for kids’ play.

I needed some trees for my stitch cake and this were perfect! Fit perfectly with the decorations and where the perfect size for the cake. Looked very cute ! Recommend them!

Arrived earlier than expected , can’t wait to put these on my daughter’s cake ❤️
