Definitely blocks the sun
I have a Hyundai Elantra. This works but it does not perfectly fit my rear windows. Because if this, it is saggy in some parts and does not pull all the way down so it looks kind of silly. It does work very well for blocking the sun from baby’s eyes. It is very dark so it is kind of strange to drive with as it impairs some visibility (it is still safe to drive with, just not as visually comfortable as it is without). Instead of leaving it on all the time, I will put it on when needed at sunrise/sunset. Overall, it definitely helps with making baby more comfortable and it stays in place safely.

This item is Illegal and should not be sold
Many states if not all ban car windows and tint from being unable to be seen into. This prevents cops from walking up on vehicles without being able to see if anyone is in the backseat or those with ill intent or wish to do harm to a officer of the law when approaching the vehicle.It also impedes the ability to see clearly when changing lanes and glancing over your shoulder to see if the lane is clear.If kept in place during evening or night hours it also severely effects ability to see thru the window.
